I believe we always questioned the fact that he was always injured come crucial champions league games and it’s now been two years in a row we’ve walked into CL knock out games with a team out of shape and key players out injured or trying to return early. In that context Douglas now appears no different to the majority of our squad.

He'd add quite a lot to our team imo. But I'd try to sell him with the first chance because relying on him being available is quite frightening.

Over the years he had 1000 minutes per season, bar this season where he completely vanished. Of course that's horrible and I would sell him surely.

However, when injury free, I do think he'd add.
