What will another year at Sassuolo do for him? How much better will he be if he has the same exact role, with arguably less talented players around him than last year's squad?

How much more would Juve need to see of him at Sass in order to determine whether he is good enough for us or not?


The only way to see that for certain is if he gets his ass to Truin as soon as humanly possible and get him into competition with the rest of the squad

Then he needs to stay at Sassuolo then, if that is the case.

If he somehow feels that he is entitled to a starting spot, then Juve isn't the place for him.

Then don't bother having aspirations of being a starter at a top club, because unless your name is Messi or Ronaldo, then nothing is really guaranteed in regards to your place on the squad.

I don't think he demands a starting spot at all, but being suitable enough tactically to get playing time and be viable regular rotation player. It's kinda pointless to bring him back as 4/5th attacker for 4-1-2-1-2 when he will have Dybala, Morata and Mandzukic ahead of him, since he can only rotate for forwards in that set up, and we aren't even sure if he can do a central role (let alone supposed AM role) . I think he doesn't want the Coman treatment, a winger in formations that only use Forward, and who due to that barely played last season.

If we would play 4-3-3 then I can defenitely see him get alot of playing time since he would only have Dybala ahead of him, or even play with Dybala. .

With three competitions this year, with Allegri's propensity to rotate players to keep them fresh, and with the tactical options that he has at his disposal, I really have a hard time believing that Berardi wouldn't get playing time.

Especially considering that he would be much more of a necessity now than he was a week ago. I'm not even beginning to factor in the injuries and suspensions that are bound to happen, thereby giving even more opportunity to play.

I really doubt that he would have a Coman type role on this club. He's shown too much in the past two seasons for that.

It feels like Immobile saga back last summer. We got a young player we own banging left right and centre in the league, and Marotta says nothing about him and decides to sell him.

Similar pattern again, though I doubt we would let him go without securing an insurance like a buy back option or something this time.

I think they're exploring other more experienced options. If it doesn't work out they'll bring over berardi. There's no need to rush this decision, the mercato hasn't even opened yet.

That's more like it. Lots of top teams who have alot of early 20s top players, while for us, until a year ago, it was only Pogba who was and rest late 20s pretty much.

I hope that is true, but how much of an option is the question, if it's just tactically flexible attempts that come rare, in like coppa games only like last season, then that doesn't really warrant getting a winger for. Atleast not one that needs lots of playing time.
