But to billions those things are real very real without evidence say in a scientific manner. A person who has dealt with a ghost and experienced it no matter of science saying well there isn't any real evidence will change that persons belief and or assertion that ghosts exist
it won't but without scientific/actual evidence of god's existence, people merely believing in it are no more likely to be right than all those, well just about everyone really, who 1000 years ago believed the earth was at the center of the universe or till 500 years ago believed the earth was flat.
You see, there is an inherent fallacy in the argument that something is true just because many, or even the majority of, people believe it to be true, which is why one needs actual, hard evidence to differentiate warm-heart feelings and hallucinatory ideas of reality from the actual reality. Otherwise, my big green creature from space is no more or less relevant than your god. Or, as Bill Maher would put it - should we all eat shit as 20 trillion flies can't be wrong?
