Peoples faith is measured by their fruits that's when you know if the faith is perverted for their personal gain or not.

Faith also isn't measured per se but if it was it would also be because of their fruits. Mother Theresa had much more faith than I because she lived it every minute
Well that rules many evangelists, and most(if not all) televangelists living today.

Oh, Mother Teresa did not have much faith. She wrote letters expressing her lost faith.

Is that the most comprehensive, most elaborate definition you can give?

That's not even the same thing. A scratch is an accident. You aren't purposely damaging the temple which God gave you. Abusing the temple on purpose is selfishness
No, abusing the temple is free will. Our god-given free will, according to you.

How about intentional scratches? Whenever I get bit by mosquitoes I scratch the shit out of myself, a lot of times I bleed.

Sheik every person of faith struggles with their faith and times. Dry spells, doubts their part of the journey. Tests if you will. Mother Theresa was of greater faith because even through that she lived her faith

Culture preceding religion in the Saudi region, is that the cause of their current hardline social standing or because it is the reference of Islam geographically, i.e. Mecca.
it is both, instead of writing it down for you, i d recommend looking up the union made in the 18th century between those seekers of orthodoxy and this very same saudi family we speak of. Basically the existence of one relies on the other. And the west has supported that union since WWI.

Since we're speaking about problems with certain societies and lumping this into religion, why do we not also talk about the true oppression of our age, the things that have led to the poorest of poor becoming even poorer and one could say enslaved to the richer classes of modern societies?
