Yeah like stoning and shit, awesome fun times. Does anyone else think that Jesus was a selfish man? I mean he could have done soooo much more if he had all the powers that people believe he did.
Well technically it wasn't even an apple but it goes back to every culture beside abrahamic religions. Man is in a fallen state and in the abrahamic faiths after God destroyed the earth in flood he swore to never again avail his wrath for our sinful nature. As the world continued to choose sin over virtue he knew the only way for salvation was through grace. The sacrifices of old were replaced with Yeshua becoming the knew lamb and sacrifice shedding his blood so we knew had to sacrifice again. As long as we had true faith in him and his father who sent him

First off it wasn't a mistake it was all part of the salvation plan. All knowing and seeing. The problem with us humans is we see in one dimension and within the constraints of time and cannot comprehend anything greater than ourselves. Human arrogence really. We think we are the center of the universe

Yeah but he knew he would be sweet in 3 days, wasn't that much of a sacrifice, really. Sure he suffered somewhat but he knew his dad would come save his ass.

But but but.... Didn't he say "father into your hands, i commend my spirit. Why have you forsaken me?" So he did not know if his father would help him!
