Very well could be. Wouldn't be surprised at all. Every couple of days another cop-shoots-dog story arises. And it pisses me off because the majority of them are excessive force, yet the clowns don't ever pay.

i dont know how it is by you, but in chicago its pretty good, they really dont bother you unless you re being really dumb, and trust me i have had my share of cops who were just complete jagoffs. But the majority leaves you alone.
