if palladino would play in serie b and be the best player there after we loaned him to some serie b club, would you instantly want him back ?

No, Ribery is perfect for 4-4-2 and 4-3-1-2. He can also play in 4-3-2-1 of course, but we don't have a partner for him, unless Ranieri decides to play Giovinco.

Ribery isn't a winger, he's an attacking midfielder. He plays exactly the same position Nedved had before Capello made a pure ML out of Neddy. But he can also play excellent on the wing.

Even if the choice is both Diego and Silva for 50m or Ribery alone for 50m i won't think at all and i'll go for the Frenchman.

Exactly. Its a common misconception that Ribery is an orthodox winger, when actually he would fit perfectly in a 4-3-1-2. He played behind the striker most of the time for Marseille, until Nasri came along, and Ribery was moved to the left wing so the two can play together. Jean Fernandez who was Ribery's coach in Metz as well(he is Franck's favorite coach) played him as an attacking midfielder behind the attacker.

Milan never really gave Gourcuff the chance he deserved, he is a talented player no doubt about that, I firmly believe he'd do well in the Serie A if given a fair chance.

Looking at their prices I'll go with Diego without thinking twice. If they're both available for free/same price and willing to come then I'd go with Ribery.

Gourcuff- I dream of him following in the footsteps of Platini and Zidane. He's not as silky dribbler as Ribery but in my opinion Gourcuff shoots better.
