Yeah, Barça won it last year and got to the semi finals this year. With a squad that had 8 world cup finalists don't you think we should look to get into at least one final out of the two? Or even a few convincing performances in the knockout rounds?

Oh I know about the league, and agree, but a club like ours shouldn't restrict it to one major trophy a season in that sort of era with those sort of players. Capello should take responsibility for not taking that group of players further, we were humiliated against Arsenal at Highbury.

as for capello. he managed to win the championship but in europe we failed. i don't care so much about what a team offers to the spectators and i won't judge him for this. but in that time juve was a team with 10 world class players in the starting line up (except zebina) he should have done better in europe...
