we'd love him then...

...for a week or two. then tuz would call him a victim of allegri before wanting to sell him

he's perfectly fine where he is now. i hope we won't sell him though, kid has potential
Agree though. He is better in Roma now and getting playing time. Their other CB options only Mancini and Llorente (Ndicka probably injured, Smalling injured) so he has better opprtunity to play.

His ability in passing and body shape remind me with Bastoni younger age in Atalanta and Parma.

He is 100% Dutch. His father was a good baller but became friends with Willem Holleeder. One of the most famous people in the Dutch (drugs) underworld. He did a lot of 'dirt work' for Holleeder. So his father fled to Marbella and lived there for the rest of his life. Dean has the same talent, hopefully not as dumb to get in a criminal circuit.

He really can pass the ball.
Would be like our Bastoni and help to build from the back
half the clip was him hoofing the ball the lukaku. not a great indication.

also he would never work in allegri system. notice how the players keep moving in the clip? in allegri system all the players would be sitting back and vlahovic would be alone on top. hoofing the ball to him would not work.

I’m getting the feeling this guy never plays another minute for us, or he comes back here and barely plays, requesting a transfer. Doesn’t seem like he’s the loyal type either lol. He’s pissed off the Dutch fans by declaring himself for Spain.

Yeah seems like a typical modern footballer. He'll be here 5 mins just like the generational defender.
