After l¡¦incontro between Gabriel Oriali and Edgar Davids, happened some days before to Montecarlo, the Dutch centrocampista has chosen l¡¦Inter like its future
destination.

Official L¡¦annuncio of the first purchase nerazzurro for the next
season would have to be given monday. For respect of Barcelona, Davids would have asked the leaders nerazzurri for giving l¡¦annuncio

If this is true, I think its great for Inter, great for Serie A, and great for Edgar as well.

Everyone is saying that this is all about the money. Who knows, that might be true, but we don't have any financial details yet, so we can't assume anything.

Obviously this is great for Inter, as it will stabilize their midfield, and great for Serie A, the more class playerscoming back, the better.

This is great for Edgar, I feel, for this reason. Just imagine if Inter can somehow turn it around in the next year or two, and possibly win a scudetto, or even more amazingly, a Champions league cup. Think of how legendary his name will become in the history books for Inter. I don't know Edgar personally, but I assume that he loves a challenge, and helping bring Inter back from obscurity is certainly one.

At least they've strengthened themselves for the Champions League.

Well, maybe that's his motivation for coming back, I don't know.

Everybody's assuming that he's coming back just for the money, but no one knows just yet how much he's going to be paid.

ok i understand ur point, but in all fairness, it is logical to presume that if he is going to inter it would be for the cash!

If that bullshit is true(I hope not....Davids is my favourite player and Barca suits him better) Inter will have a hell of a team and all those people that say that Inter is a cursed team will have to eat their own statements next season....Adriano,Vieri,Veron,Stankovic,Davids,Lucio maybe.....uff
Its good to be a inter fan.....in off-season ofcourse :D

If Veron does go to Inter and can find his Lazio form, Oh My.

A midfield with Davids, Veron, and Stankovic would be lethal.

    NOOO!!!

Davids! We love you at Barca...

Don't leave us, pleas... THE M:greedy:NEY IS NOT THE MOST IMPORTANT, COME ON!!!

    PLEASE, STAY WITH US...

Today is one of the sadest days of 2004 for Barcelona...

Why Davids? Why do you do this to us? We give you all that we had, and you will be one of our references in the next season, as you were in this second half of the current season...

Please Davids, if you read this, don't go...

We want you really much, don't do this to us... :frown:

This is bullshit... I was happy for finish school, and now came this new...

From where did you get this article? I hope will be only a rumour...

Moratti denied any contacts with Davids. But it's more likely that Veron will join Inter. Don't worry he will never find his Lazio form, as he has wasted three seasons in England

That are the words comeing from someone that clearly doesnt know anything about football.

Do you think that a proffesional footballer "forgetts" playing football in 3 bad seasons in crappy leauge where all the balls "avoid" midfield?
My god.....If delPiero came back after 2 seasons ripped by injuries Veron can also(onley difference he did play). You clearly didnt watched 2 games of last season Champions leauge VS ManU in group where that lill crappy Veron made our "FLU" midfield look foolish.....2 TIMES
He is a football fantasista....neither injuries or benching cannot take away the skill that you have been born with.

He is a midfielder we dont have since Zidane and if we dont buy Aimar or Diego,we wont have it for a looong time.....

Forget about Aimar. There is no chance to buy him, because Valencia qualify for CL and can anticipate a solid amount for that. So they have no financial problems, thus they would not sell any of key figures.

What about Veron, let's wait until the next season...

Not true! A stupid rumour, as I really can't see Davids joining Inter! He will play on with Barca and will have a lot of success!
