This is kinda off topic, but somehow i feel like football is dying, the football i know that is. In the way that all the great players i grew up seeing are retired or playing their last seasons, and maybe it's just me being nostalgic but the new players don't come close to the ones who are leaving or have left football already.

(Trez and DP happen to be in that group of players)

It's sad when you think about it, but time waits for no one, not even legends.

All we have remaining from the old guard is ADP and Buffon. I really hope they are treated with respect and retire in our stripes when they feel its time to hang 'em up.

Thank you for making football beautiful for me, David. You are amongst 4 players who lead me to follow this club and the game they play.
We didn't treat any of the others with respect they deserve so why would it change for the remaining 2, we told Nedved to get lost when he wanted to keep playing and Trez & Camo have just been hidden away when the club should of announced that they would be leaving so they could be given a proper send off

As a Juve fan, I've become used to sad stuff happening over the past few years. Doesn't make it any easier to deal with though. Things will never be the same again...

And to think he still would have been very useful in this current team.

Loved Trezeguet, definately one of my favourite Juve players and I've always said to anyone that he is one of the best finishers in Europe. I like that how whenever Juve needed to score an important goal it would always be Trezeguet who comes up with it. All the best in the remainder of his career and I will try and watch a few Hercules games this year and cheer on our legend.

Forza Trezegol!

For the first time after Nedved's retirement i had tears of sadness in my eyes.
My idol is leaving my club, my team which i support and will keep on supporting.
I will never forget the things you've done here Trez. The goals you scored, that insanly passion in your eyes, the great celebrations, the combinations with Del Piero, your invisebility and all the people who were bitching about you untill you scored and everybody loved you again. I remember me copying your goalscoring celebration when i scored on the field, whenever somebody asked me my favorite player it's always been you, for me when you say Juventus i hear the name Trezeguet, Del Piero and all the other great legends this wonderfull club had. It will be hard like it was with Nedved knowing that you won't be cheering in our beloved black and white jersey. I hope you will enjoy Spain and i hope i will still see the crazy acting like a kid when you bang goals there, just like you did with us.
Goodluck Trez, never forget us! We will not forget you!

I know how you feel

Well then it just shows how classless our management/board really are

and how naive I have been
