bringing the score back to 2-2 things would of changed, Bayern would of got more tense and desperate, our confidence would of lifted, the crowd would of gone nuts and lifted the whole team, we probable still would of ended up losing because we played shit, but we will never know
I thought that 1-0 would turn things around, but it never did. The team didn't perform any better or seemed more confident. It was just delaying the slaughter ahead, which is worrying.

I got really upset when he missed that chance, was screaming, swearing etc but then I realized it's all for nothing since we were or looked like an awful team.

I honestly don't think so. Bayern were unlucky not to be leading at half time, let alone the second half. We were simply out classed, they were attacking us constantly, even when they were leading, while we set back. I seriously doubt the team from yesterday would have held on to a 2:2 draw, even if Trez had scored it.

Yes but after 2nd goal Trez alone would have gone for hat-trick. :moan: :p
