If you compare season for season career wise, you will see Trez is better. Pippo has great instincts, but he has been very inconsistent in his career IMO to be in head to head in league with Trez. But yeah, he is close enough, but its not about biasm, Pippo has had his moments, but IMO he hasnt been consistent enough to be of the calible of the likes of Vieri, Van Nistelrooy and Trezeguet too out of the killer poachers. Pippo has been more of clutch then consistent like these guys.
He has been an insane backup striker for Milan though lately when he is so old. His drive and determination is insane, commendable.

Ok, I replace the world 'football' with 'Juventus'. Milan can afford that kinda player, MU can, and Barca can. We can not.
That's basically all I've been trying to say between my cusses for the past 48 hours, we can't afford Trez, he's too high-maintenance.
IMHO we should sell him this summer, and I think we might.

Well you should have just went with that. Even though I wholeheartedly disagree, it's a valid opinion. Through majority of Trez's career with us, he never had the kind of service Inzaghi has, still he banged shitloads of goals.
Our true problems start from the back, then through the middle and in the smallest possible degree, finish up-front.

Trezeguet is a top scorer....and one of the best in what he does... but you know what?. Juventus is nto the right team for him... i have being saying this since who knows who.
I love the guy and he has scored gazzillion goals for us... but sadly our team doesnt have the quality in midfield to support a striker like trezeguet.
We should sell him. OR totally revamp our midfield to play uber offensive and make him the striker he should be.

We will sell him in this summer, but even if I understand being frustrated by the poach-and-nothing-else style, its still backwards thinking to sell a brilliant poacher because he doesnt get service, the reasonable thing to do is GET creative players, build a competent creative team to serve him.
Last season, he was fed scraps most of the time, both him and Ale, but still out of like minimum norm of 4-3 chances a game, they managed to score 20+ goals (its iiiiiiiiisane how clinical our attack was last season, we basically scored on the majority of chances we created, bare minimum amount of chances created). His limitations is not ideal, but its NOT too high demanding to improve the team to the point they can actually service their attackers, its defeatist to say otherwise.
But even if its the injuries and the Ranieri bull that has shaken him a bit, I must say Trez looks a bit declined in his performances, even if the main thing is,he and our attackers arent getting any services with that crap midfield. Its no suprise our hot streak attacker Iaquinta got his latest goals from Camo and Giovinco (Roma), when they arent playing, wtf is the attackers supposed to do?
