People are seriously hypocritical when it comes to Trezeguet.
i wonder what maher has to say about this move??????

i remember trez is'nt in his good books so this i want to see. i think trez would stay at juve for life i doubt him going to barca, not to meniton i doubt this would go well with most of us juve fans.

as for barca fans i dont know they keep nagging at how old he is and that 25 million price tag is not inviting : but u know what, quality costs money pep!!! :flag3

i dont want trez to go, but as people said he might want a new challenge. i don't think he's going to get another opportunity to go to another top club in the coming years, so it's up to what he wants.

if it does happen, it also means we need to convince iaquinta to stay. a trez move may even keep iaq as he may take it as a chance to make the starting spot his instead of amauri's.

it would be sad to see him go but if we got £20m+ then i think the board will take it, he's brilliant and one of my fav players but if a offer of that size came in for a 30+ player the board would have no choice. If we could swap him for Eto'o that would be ideal but i just dont see many other players out there at the moment that can offer the same goal ratio as trez so not sure if it would be worth it in the short term....

If a trade involving Iniesta, Xavi or Eto'o would be to happen I wouldn't mind but if Trez wants to stay I'd definately keep him. I still think there's a big possibility that this rumour is full of shit.

THe only way I'd let Trez go is if we get a RVN as a replacement. simply put finishers such as Trez and RVN are hard to come by. Other wise it would be a mistake to let him go as none of our players can score like Trez can

He didn't leave before I don't think he's going anywhere now:juve1:
Thats it! Its not the first time, that Barca wants to catch him. How I hate this fuckin Guardiola...go for Inzaghi, if u want a centre forward, asshole!
Hope this idiot Secco wont make such a big mistake.

Did someone say inzaghi? :D

However I think it could be different though with this Juve, like Pavel said he extended his contract one more year partly because of the champions league too - players like pavel, david, gigi have all come so close in that fantastic 2003 season, and what more with calciopoli etc, I think they'd probably stay on just to give it one more go.. it'd be quite something to win it given our situation in recent years.

Although, some might fear that this is probably the last year we could sell trezeguet for a big sum. but then again, we keep saying that every year and he never failed us yet ..

I think this is the best and only time to make money out of Trez. Othersie, he will either retire with Juve, or be sold at a cheaper rate later on.

Of course, this all maybe done after:
- Consulting Ranieri
- Consulting the board, to replace him with another high class hitman!

Or we can simply forget about trophies for next year and stick with the club's 5 year plan to recover !

i don't know if selling him is right or wrong....but for me, very strange to see him not with us....i just tooooo attached to him and very difficult to see another one fullfill his position like he is doing....one word: Stay Trez....you are great....just we love you...sooo much .

this is ridiculous .. trezeguet is essential in this team. if you sell him sure you'll get 1-2 good players in return but to win trophies you need champions. and trezeguet's one of them. people like him, del piero, nedved and buffon - they're the top level players .. we should just keep him

:agree: trez's isn't the best striker but he can convert chances peole didn't think even existed he is fundamental in the way our team plays its game

25m is a good price for a 31 year old TBH.Yes he'sa quality finisher, but he's not getting younger.Sooner or later we will need a replacement for him,and evne though he still have 2-3 top years left in him,no team will pay 25m for a 33 year old.Even at 31..25m is overpriced, but that is to our advantage.
