guys you are the same people that demand loyalty from players in time of need, how about sticking with our players as well, especially one who is a legend and is vital for us. And he stuck around in our time of need (whether it was forced or not is irrelevant) the guy stuck around, scored goals, and accepted a lower pay to play for us, and now we want to boot him out for player who may or may not succeed here? have some faith people. Money is not everything, and we don't need that money anyways.

As expected, those rumors were Spain made and they did not represent our interests,
we didnt have any plans to sell our Treze!
He said he wants to stay forever, (i guess that means he quits any thoughts of playing club football along Henry)
our managers said they wont sell him
(well they let a window open for a very high bid)
So i guess we dont intend to sell him. Therefore i wish these rumors to disappear, because they can only create us some problems, we dont need!
And mess with Treze's morale!
Those kind of members deserve our respect, no mater what their final choice will be.
Meaning that if Treze himself decides to leave us now, i wont hold him back anything!!
He is a legend already, if he decides to stay, we will find another way to make that money (ex: Iaquinta->Roma)

Though i m sure that Treze will stay, he has invested too much in this club, he wouldnt leave now, i was also sure about Neddy too and i am also certain about Zanetti too, we only have to respect those players and they will pay us back!

Elkann: Trez could go
Wednesday 4 June, 2008

John Elkann admitted French striker David Trezeguet could leave Juventus to join Barcelona this summer.

Elkann, nephew of former Juventus owner Gianni Agnelli, has now been proclaimed new President of Ifil, the company which backs up the Old Lady financially.

“Will Trezeguet leave Juventus? You should go and ask Barcelona,” confessed Elkann.

His statement confirmed the rumours regarding the striker, who has been linked to the Spanish giants for a long time.

The French bomber is Claudio Ranieri's first choice in attack and, despite the capture of Brazilian ace Amauri, is still regarded as the Bianconeri's main centre-forward.

Trezeguet scored 20 goals for the Old Lady this season but Juve sporting director Alessio Secco could decide to cash in on the 31-year-old.

The Turin giants are planning to spend big on other areas of their team this summer and could use the proposed fee of £20m to finance their bid for Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso.

Furthermore, Alessandro Del Piero and Amauri could form a good partnership up front, so the Piemontesi would not be too worried to see Trezeguet go.

However, the negotiations are still at an early stage and is remains to be seen whether an agreement between the two clubs will be found.

For that kinda money I'd sell him. Ireally like Trez and he's been pivotal up front, but how many seasons has he left in him? Juventus has always known the best time to sell their high profile players, just look at Baggio. Question is: Do we have someone to fill his shoes? Is Amauri really up to the task or would that be too much of a gamble...

People never appreciate Trezguet's greatness it seems. He is a legend, I cant imagine Juve without him.
Completely right my brother. I can't stand these guys here talking about 'cashing-in' on Trezeguet. So we should sell Camoranesi also, because he isn't getting any younger either. What a bullshit, champions remain champions and Treze is one. Next to that the guy is a legend at Juventus. He's been here for so many years, everybody loves him.
In Serie B he didn't score alot, because it just isn't really interesting to play in Serie B. This year in Serie A he showed what motivation and determination is, scoring 20 goals.
I see him getting very excited to play for Juve in the CL. If Treze wanted to leave, he'd left us during calciopoli and not now, now that we are back on track again.

Forza David

Hah, you'd still field Baggio, wouldn't you? Ever thought that Trez would actually like to go to Barcelona? Nooo, that's impossible, because no good player would ever want to leave us, right?

Business is part of football, very simple. We're not made of money, at least not any more. If Trez would like to spend his last good season or two at Barcelona I'd be very happy to make that come true, he deserves it (in a positive sense). After all, I think we'll get the better end if they're really willing to pay 25 Mln Euro for him.

Any transfer in is a real risk, no matter how good. What we do know is that Trez is no Salas, and he's had years of delivering to back up the fact that he's been an immense acquisition for us.

I think you have to entertain the idea of trading your best players (look what Zidane got us). But that always comes with great risk. I am not so confident with this transfer board at assessing risk right now.

The first thing which needs to be ascertained is what Trez wants.

If he wants to stay, we tell Barca to fuck off.

If he wants to leave, then we consider how much is needed to make us sell.

Love and loyalty goes above football. At least for some players. We're not talking about Anelka here, we are talking about Trezeguet.
I hope that he stays, just because I hardly can't remember Juventus withouth Del Piero and Trezeguet. I hope that the board serves him untill his retirement.
