I haven't watched him at all, but as far as I know, this is the 1st season he excels!!!
correct me if Im wrong...
we can't judge a player from 1 good season...
Yes, he's blossomed only this season. Honestly, I judged him from what I've watched thus far in Serie A, he's potential. I expect him to shine more, maybe I'm wrong though.

Carboni(Valencia) on Rai Sport:

"Trezeguet is a dream for Valencia because he's one of the best strikers and Juve could sell him..........I'm optimist on the negotiations BUT officially I can only say that it would be difficult to get him because of his wage demands."

Camo is great, but i would want a player on my team who isnt willing to give it all for the shirt. Maybe you guys dont know this, because im the foreigner. But less the 6 months ago i saw CAMO en ESPN Latin America (not a newspaper, not his agent... CAMO) say with his lips, in perfect spanish that he has 2 years wanting to leave Juventus and that he has been held in the team against his will! Since that day i dont care much for him. And he's not that hard to replace! Capello wanted Joaquin (me too) for several years. He's a top class player, and he didnt get much play time in valencia... If i were a big team, id go and persuade him. (The thing is i think Joaquin is kinda dumb! and he's afraid to leave Spain, for the language and for his way of living). But if Trez should pass to Valencia.. id go to trade him for Joaquin (They gave 26 millions for him last year, but his price should drop this summer).

I dont want trez to go, but if they dont convince him i'd go for Huntelaar. Gilardino... i liked him when he played in parma... but lately in Milan i think he hasnt done very well.

I've noticed you guys like Palladino very much. He scored a few goals this year, but did you guys notice how many easy goals he missed? he's not a top finisher, and i dont see much quality in him! but that's just my point of view. You guys are entitled to yours.

Valencia make Trez offer

Valencia have confirmed they enquired after David Trezeguet, while Cagliari signed the 'new Gabriel Batistuta.’

Trezeguet has made it very clear he wishes to leave Juventus this summer, having called the contract renewal offer presented to him “ridiculous.”

In turn, the Bianconeri are refusing to sell him to any other Italian club – specifically Inter – to avoid reinforcing their direct rivals in Serie A.

With Olympique Lyonnais, Arsenal and Marseille all said to be interested in the Frenchman, Valencia have officially added their name to the list.

“There has been contact so we could understand what the situation was,” said director of sport Amedeo Carboni to 'RaiSport.’

“We would certainly like Trezeguet. Inside I am optimistic, but in official terms we don’t have much of a chance.”

In other transfer news, Cagliari have already replaced Inter-bound David Suazo with Argentine hitman Joaquin Larrivey.

The 22-year-old has been the top scorer in the second division with Huracan, netting 10 goals, and his style has earned him the nickname 'El Bati’ for his similarity to Fiorentina legend Batistuta.

Meanwhile, Empoli have extended 39-year-old goalkeeper Daniele Balli’s contract until June 2008.

Fuck, I just don't get it. DP & Trez are the most succesfull attacking duo we ever had and we're gonna end that ahead of one of the most important seasons in our history. For no actual reason really.. Damn.
