Juve Target Three Alternatives To Trezeguet?
Juventus have reportedly targeted three possible replacements for David Trezeguet, who is set to leave the club.
The Frenchman said recently that he expected to leave the Bianconeri because he was not satisfied with the terms of Juve’s new contract offer.
The club’s three targets are said to be Alberto Gilardino of Milan, Ajax’s Klaas Jan Huntelaar and Reggina hit-man Rolando Bianchi.
Gilardino is apparently seeking a move away from the Rossoneri as he is worried about a lack of first-team football next season.
Huntelaar is one of Europe’s hottest young talents and would command a huge transfer fee.
Bianchi, meanwhile, hit 18 Serie A goals for Reggina last season.
It remains to be seen which player Juve will ultimately bid for, but Vincenzo Iaquinta is expected to arrive from Udinese.
In other news concerning Juventus, Palermo are said to be interested in Fabrizio Miccoli, while Besiktas are chasing Jean-Alain Boumsong.
