Palladino isn't Del Piero type, he doesn't really play Del Piero's position nor he got the style that Dp has.

Good posts Baggio, V.

Anyway, I wouldn't really mind If Trezeguet wanted to leave/play somewhere else (thats HIS right) IF the two sides accept that, but surely I'm not likin the way he's treated.

I'll always love and appreciat Trezeguet.

yeh, palla is a different type i would say between trez and DP

Trez was hurting inside when he made the gesture after he scored that goal and he is hurting inside right now. I just know it. I do not believe for one second, from an emotional point of view, that this man wants out of Juventus. He has just been in the game long enough to know that boardroom decisions are part of a larger frame and that they are almost impossible to change. In other words, that his Juventus future is over and that this decision was taken by our board. They simply just don't want him anymore. End of story.

Then he shouldn't have whined the entire season.

i wonder if trez ever got over his missed pk in the world cup, though very gratfeul for his sticking around his latest outburst is really disappointing
I'm sure he didn't.

Then again he did score a golden goal against Italy in the Euro 2000 final and won the 1998 WC. It's not as if he missed thé oppurtunity of his life. He missed the one of others though :D.

What is disappointing about it?

As for the penalty kick, I should think he has delt with those demons.
It's the WC final, everyone scored but you.

It's not as if you can blame the next guy, you know it's you. You failed a nation.

Del Piero still hasn't recovered from 2000.

you expect a player of his caliber and maturity not to take things personally, the board made their intetions known early enough for him to set out where he wills.
Is somebody pretending to be you, and using your account?

This is sloppy thinking and analysis of a player.

Maturity and calibre have little to do with the way a human-being reacts to being let-down, but passion and love do. It goes to show just how much Trez feels for the team he plays for.

Those the gestures were directed at, certainly deserved them and much more besides.

This is just plain ridiculous! Treating Trez this way is just wrong. I can assure you the board will have to spend 10 times more to get another Trez.

I admit there wasnt much development in my argument but i thought you could derive its gist. The fact is, like seven pointed out but my appreciation/gratitude masked, David has been complaining all year and playing sub-par. The direction that got him here is no more. Therefore, he shouldnt be too surprised this new one has a plan of its own. And finally, the american in me hates complaining and complainers starting from the secco bashers here to David Trezeguet and all the PMSing wenches along the way.

I think I get the gist: (No idea what a PMSing wench is though?) You've had a drink.

No, really you wanted to play some kind of devil's advocate.

Still, you are not telling me that Trez's gestures offended you, are you?

Class is given, and not lost in an instant. I am sure you have followed his career for a number of years now, and if you can state that he hasn't got it, then I'll be surprised.

Who the Dickens is Randy Moss: some kind of porn star by the sounds of it.
