Trezeguet ready to return

Over his muscular problems and raring to go despite a lengthy period on the sidelines, the French goal-machine already feels up to a full ninety minutes. “One of the reasons I chose to work an extra week was so I’d be available right from the start, I wanted to come back 100% fit for all ninety minutes. “It’s not the goals I miss but the ball, my team mates, the games. Goals are secondary just because I know that if the team’s playing in a certain way, my job is that much easier. Serie B is a difficult championship with defensive teams and a modest technical level, so it’s up to us to play attractive football.
