I'm totaly agree with the board. We love trezegol yes but we can't risk a lot on him. that's obvious choice IMO. We need a new blood in the team.
Bye trezegol and wish u good luck

Sure we do. That's why we need to replace Birindelli, Giannichedda and Kovac, not David Trezeguet.

Now we can sell Del Piero and Nedved. Really, why not ? They are much older than Trez , their wages are higher than Trezeguet's and Iaquinta+Molinaro will save us a lot of money if we get them to replace DP and Neddy.
And Camoranesi, of course. He's also older than Trez and i hear they already offered him a wage decrease. Lets sell the useless bastard and buy Almiron.

“There is no margin for negotiation now. If they had just told me I wasn’t wanted that would have been better than offering me a ridiculous contract. Perhaps someone has doubts over my abilities. I wanted to carry on with Juve, but the club doesn’t want me.”

- David Trezeguet

That's pretty fucking obvious here, people.

Giannecheda is leaving , kovac already have been sold.

Trezeguet is a striker and he is almost 30, he wants a pay raise. Face it ppl, this is a pure economic choice. We lost a lot of money in serie B stage. We need some classy defenders, a top midfielder. with this pay raise we could a younger player like huntelaar for example. Trezeguet must understand that he is old now.

Buffon is a goal keeper, along side nedved and delpiero we'll build a young system. If trezeguet wants to contribute in that project then welcome. If not then good luck to him. It's Not like we'll lack goal poachers. Remember we're building a team for the next 3 years so .....

This is just an opinion tough

Thats very respectful for you to say to a player who did not save a drop of sweat for this club. Does he not deserve a pay rise? does he not deserve respect? after all these years...god. Juventus is a club of tradition and one of our traditions that separate us from the likes of Inter is that we respect our players...do you think that this will only be about Trezeguet? this for sure will unsettle the team and will make players think twice before signing a contract with us. What the board is doing with Trez is just wrong plain wrong. He isn't someone we picked up last year he's been with us through thick and thin at least show some respect.

From what I remember, Ranieri likes to play with strikers that can do more than just bang in goals. At Chelsea he always used Zola and Hasselbaink and at Valencia he had Claudio Lopez spearhead the attack. If Ranieri said he doesn't need Trezeguet then he doesn't need trezeguet, but good luck finding somebody who can consistently bang in the goals like David.

Trezeguet deserves our endless respect. Down the years he has been a terrific striker for us but also a wonderful personality both on and off the pitch. A superb man. What has gone on now has been between Trezeguet and Blanc/Secco/Gigli. He loves Juventus and he loves the fans. And the fans who have been following Juve for some time certainly loves (or should!) love him! A great Juventus player.

Trezeguet is one of a kind, no-one comes close to him. He can be invisible the whole game but end up scoring 2 goals!
Juve will regret it loads next season when we will be going through a goal drought. The board should have offered the same terms as he was earning or increase slightly.

God, you're naive. The club doesn't want me = the club doesn't want to give me the money I want.

So what, you expect Trezeguet to play for free or substantially less than what he's making right now? For all he has done for Juventus I think he deserves a deal comparable to that he's making now. And please do us a favor and not bring up Cannavaro into this discussion, as he was with Juve for two seasons making great wages... what David has given to Juventus exceeds anything Cannavaro has given to any single club.
