Yes. Best defender, or CB at least. Chiellini has been horrible at times (too inconsistent), Barza is injured, and Ogbonna was decent in some games. Licht hasn't been anything special, and Evra is ok (Asamoah is still injured), and Caceres has returned to beast mode lately, but he hasn't had enough games to be considered/labeled best defender this year.
