He cant come soon enough. Caught some parts of the game today and have seen another great showing from him. WC potential lies in this kid. Golden.

Sarri: 'Rugani deserves Juve'
By Football Italia staff

Maurizio Sarri tips Daniele Rugani to be a big success at Juventus after he scored in Empoli’s win over Chievo.

The defender has already been sold to the Turin giants, but left at the Stadio Castellani on loan for the rest of the season.

“He is the right man for any of the top European clubs and would fit in perfectly anywhere,” Sarri told Rai Sport.

“Rugani has the right mentality for success as well as the technical qualities. His concentration levels are always high and he deserves to play at the highest level despite his tender age.”

Today’s 3-0 victory allowed Empoli to move three points clear of Chievo in the table.

“It was a good performance, but really no better than other recent home games. The only difference was we were able to break the deadlock early despite Chievo closing down all the spaces.

“Once we took the lead, it became an easier prospect, as Chievo had to open up.”

Yes lets forget about his talent, the fact that he is able to play games and not get a yellow card makes him the real deal.
Well when you see how often Bonucci, Licht or Chiellini need to make a stupid foul when they get beat should say something to this kids positioning, perhaps? :D

I hope you do realize that Ogbonna wont be losing a place in this team. He has been great when called upon, rugani will ultimately occupy Barzaglis spot in this club.

Exactly :D
really? he was a walking disaster against cesena just to name one of his many errors this season he has never been great, never will be, he has the concentration span of a goldfish. He is a mid table team defender at best

Bonucci was at fault for the first goal, and the second could also be seen as his fault for not closing down.
was bonucci at fault for Ogbonna's wayward pass against napoli which allowed Zapata clear through on goal?

Ogbonna was terribly out of position every time cesena attacked that says it all really

I call it "Selective Viewing". Watching only when it fits the narrative.
no it's called actually watching the game, ogbonna's positioning on the field was bloody awful and amateurish to say the least against cesena, how many times have we seen ogbonna have his concentration lapses and makes stupid decisions and blindly gives the ball away? He makes bonucci look like baresi he's that bad
