CR7, is so good. Real Madrid does not look like a dangerous team since he left, even average teams go to Bernabeu for to take 3 points. Real was forced to change 3 coaches and Ronaldo proved that Zidane was just a lucky fluke coach. Glad we dodged that bullet.

He's not a fluke, Lopetegui and Solari destroyed the team and there is also no motivation left in the team after winning everything. No coaches is going to succeed there for a moment.

Plus even while having the best team, if you don't have good tactics you won't win the CL and certainly not three times in a row

How did they destroy the team. Without Ronaldo they seem lost on the pitch. I think thats what happens when the whole team for 9 years played for him. Another factor in CHL is VAR. Referees did really help Real in these CHLs, forget about our games, they robbed Bayern in two occasions.

I agree more with your next post from this thread but frankly, you just don’t win 3 CL’s in a row by fluke (maybe with some help from the refs aswell yes but tactically speaking Zidane managed to set up that team into maximizing it’s potential)... otherwise yes, they had an incredible team and Ronaldo was the cherry on top of it, however it was expected to see them have a couple of transitional seasons post that, no coach would have made a difference, complacency and sufficiency stepped in, especially in the form of the most crucial of players getting washed up. Even their transfer strategy lately suggests they are already trying to gather the pieces for the next era, other then Hazard who is relativey proven at the highest level all of their transfers post Ronaldo have been young prospects with considerable high price tags.
