Wish he had scored by now, but I'm not at all worried about him. He's a big, big threat up there in attack for us as opponent teams have to put several players on him at all times. This, as we have seen, opens up space and opportunities for our other players. It has helped us get 3 out of 3 wins without even putting in much effort.

As for him scoring, I have no doubt that the goals will come.
Took 5 matches for him to score when he transfered to ManU I believe. Nothing to worry about

Mostly unlucky. But he's learning that Serie A is a unique league that demands a particular attacking instinct. There are obviously strikers with a fraction of his ability, with far worse teams playing behind them who are scoring goals right now but only because they're attuned to the nuances of Calcio. If he has the mental fortitude he should be able to withstand a minor goal drought. His body language is encouraging, no hissy fits as of yet.

As much as I want 40 goals out of him, it does make me love Serie A just that little bit more knowing the GOAT is challenged by this much maligned league.

I guess some here are just joking but if you arent then you really need to look at the whole picture
Ronaldo is drawing 3 players with every touch he gets and it frees other players
Ronaldo isnt really getting assists yet he is able to take some shots on goal
When the team gel and work with better understanding the balls he will get will be of much more quality and then you`ll see that assassin that we are all waiting for
Even when he is not scoring he does everything right - He tries to create to himself but when he is being closed he passes it to a free teammate.
Higuain scored a lot yet lots of you complained about him and rightfully so (to a degree) as he was too slow with his movement
Ronaldo will probably get his 20+ goals or even 30 goals but dont expect him to be break the record on his first season - Its Serie A not La Liga - In this league players also try to defend + He is used to a totally different style of opponents and also our team is very different than Real - We were always the more solid side - everything has to be balanced while Real focus was always attack attack and attack just look at games when they sometime just push the ball forward and think what to do with it on the process while we are very organized and very calculated..
I can see us using more creative freedom later on but dont expect the ultra attacking style of La Liga
This creative freedom will make us a much better team IMO - We have the players for it they will get used to play together and then it will all start.. Just wait and see

They have one of the team with more fluid attacks in Europe and players that can think the game rather than specialists. Their midfield is surreal, their attack developed a lot under Zidane. Plus they are so used to play with each other know each other movements. You say that like it's a bad thing

Serie A is doomed. It's park the bus overkill.

@ColloRosso you follow CR7 a lot, maybe you know, who else of the younger generation besides Mbappe has come out to say that Cristiano Ronaldo inspired him while shaping himself as footballer?

I know Del Piero had a huge impact on the mid-80ties/early-90ties generation (the 2 most wtf victims of his charm being Pato and Insigne :D) and brazilian Ronaldo an even bigger one, wondering who of the young stars in the game grew up imitating CR7 moves

Mbappe is a huge CR fan.
