But if you really dislike his fanboys then you would've done the same when he was there.

Else it doesn't make much sense.
What are you talking about? It literally makes all the difference in the world whether someone plays for my team or not.
Opinions should change when circumstances do, it's the healthy way to live :D

I get you.

But Messi-Ronaldo fanboys have always been pure cancer.
Doesn’t matter whether we talk about climate change, religion or our diets and it will always be cancerous conversation. People just generally want to spread the ”happiness” of believing into something in such a manner, that people who don’t care about any of that, feel like it’s the biggest BS ever, as it is with the things mentioned above.

I still think speculation is what sports are all about. Some of the people are so happy about Messi and Ronaldo that they can’t keep their emotions hidden.

I think it's OK to be fanatical (i.e. not logical) in respect of sports fandom. But definitely not OK in anything else.

Exactly. He is a liability now everywhere but the offensive third. Managers need to compensate for his short comings. His hold up play sucks. He’s first percentile for presses. He doesn’t track back. Ronaldo in 2015 used to be able to break lines single handedly and scorch multiple players. His threat kept other teams honest. Now they don’t need to be because he isn’t that player.

How could a striker scoring 30 goals be a liability? Matuidi was a liabality, Rabiot is one but CR7 wasn't one

The more I read about him and his role at the squad, the more I'm convinced that we simply can't manage an elite star among our squad (which is on the Coach tbh). The players lost their humility and dedication to work hard if I were to believe Bonucci's latest two interviews.

He will play EL this season even. You think he's gone in January?
January too early probably. United might still be in the race by that point, but by the end of the season he'll know for sure whether he's goner, and I think it's likely that he will be.

On the other hand, he is getting old and it's possible he might stay on and just resign to the fact that his glory days were behind him, but its Ronaldo so I don't see that happening. If they don't qualify then itll definitely be a test of his love for the club. Stay on and be loyal to his beloved Manure in dark times, or join an oil club who will cater to his ego and provide him with an opportunity to stay in the same spotlight as Messi? Who knows. If he does stay on and suffer through Europa league (or even conference league for that matter) then it will beg the question as to why he left us in the first place, and it will anger many juve fans I'd imagine. Interesting summer ahead.
