The day we sold him, I made a big drama out of it, Dominic came to me with "Molinaro is more gifted than him blah blah", it was our dumbest mistake ever!
I know, but bare with me... I actually watched Molinaro a couple of times for Siena and he really did well. So omni-present and his ball-controll looked top notch, hence I beleived in him. His gutsless, subservant and sloppy performances now are a completely different story though, I guess some players can't handle playing at big clubs.

But Molinaro was pretty good until recent matches, to be more accurate, the Lazio match. Chiellini has also had a dip in his form, but not so dramatic.

I don´t know what is happening to Grygera, after a promising start he turned into utter shit, ( now I understand why were you saying last season "Grygera is average" and "Zebina>Grygera" :D ), Boumsong OK I understand he didn´t play a competitive match since May 2007. Only Legrottaglie mantained his excellent form and that is why we desperately NEED him against Sampdoria.

not just the performance, I can understand these players coming from small cities and clubs need time to take adaptation. But that's not what I am talking about, from the games I watched, he is only good at stealing balls, but he is no dribbler, no good passer, not a good marker and we know what is his crosses about, If I saw these in few matches, and performed bad at the rest, I would still be patient. But come on man, it's not that hard to see he isn't any good than Balzaretti, and bringing him was a dumb move..

And only the Lazio match. Apart from that, he's either been average or truly pathetic. Usually the latter. There has been so many instances where he could have cost, or has cost, us a goal that the time has finally come to realize he's not good enough. I saw it back in October and times haven't really changed.

Salihamidzic would do a better job for us back there.

I want Balzaboy back
Me too! Molinaro again had me crying out "bring back Balza!" Balza isn't the best LB in the world, but he gives 100% and Molinaro just doesn't have Balza's energy/pace to get back in time to defend when there's a counter attack.

Don't remind me. I remember couple of members saying that Balza's departure doesn't make any diff because he isn't special.

He's 10x the player Molinaro is.
:agree:

I read somewhere that he isn't settled at Le Viola.

Secco! - Bring back Balza and De Ceglie - NOW! And get rid of Boum and Molinaro! Oh, and we want Seba, Claudio & mimmo back too!

He was good defensively.

His crossing is terrible. So often he got into good positions only to fail to get the ball past the first defender.

he shouldn't cross the center (attacking side), it is ruining what he is doing or trying to do defensively, somebody better tell this kid. He was ok today.

I will like to see De Ceglie perform

TBH Balzaretti is too overrated in this forum for my liking and this explains why he hasn't been adapting in Florence yet.

good game against Samp...improve ure crossing and passing Cristiano and you may yet become Juve material!
he played better defensively but his crosses took a deflection every time. its real funny coz he dribbles well takes on a few players then crosses and loses it.
