I will like to see De Ceglie perform

TBH Balzaretti is too overrated in this forum for my liking and this explains why he hasn't been adapting in Florence yet.
Yes, infact Balzaretti is so great that he can´t even make it to the Fiorentina 1st team. He was given several chances and was utter poo-poo.That says a lot, really. Pfffttt, but he´s better than Molinaro, who does everything better than Balza except crossing. Molinaro can even defend, something which Balzaretti wasn´t too familiar with. (in Serie B)

Both have been pretty average to me anyway, but if I'm given a choice, I will take an average player who can defend but crosses terribly rather than a player whose crosses are average yet defend terribly.

BTW, I rather De Ceglie come back then Molinaro will only be focused on defending while De Ceglie attackes on the left flank. This is something very interesting

Fact is, if Balzaretti was here he would be able to challenge Moronaro for a spot and be the alternative, probably performing better than this worthless talent. At La Viola he is rightfully second choice to Pasqual, who is easily the better player than both of them. Sure, Balzaretti might be an average player but he's better than Molinaro and was a true fighter for us in Serie B. That's what matters. It didn't make any sense to offload him whatsoever.

Now we're stuck with only one left-back who is potentially the worst left-back I have seen consistently play for a top side. And yeah, he's worse than Paramatti.

It's not Molinaro's fault he is an average player playing for such a big club. He is limited as a footballer. I blame our managment ans scouts for putting their trust in him knowing how limited he is. I don't think insulting him will do anything good.
