Last time we had "food technology class" (currently about malting), the teacher was making jokes about when they would take over Westvleteren, or had to build a monestary first.
Its sad really. We have a few special cafe's that offer 100+ beers. But many of those got taken over and industrialised. The bad way.
For example combining the grain from 10 harvests, to enshure the taste is absolutely the same. Takes away personality if you ask me
