Totally not worth it imo, I stop today. Will come from time to time just for a laugh so I relax after a mind numbing Juve match.
Exactly my approach. I haven't opened this thread in more than a year because it was frightening me that so many people fall for whatever is being said on TV or any other mass media.

I decided to revisit this week because I thought that after "the authorities" were exposed so many times now the opinions here must have changed. And yet I see totally the opposite. People that dare to have a different opinion or even ask questions are being laughed at.

I'd laugh as well if the situation wasn't that scary (not the pandemic itself but what they are going to do with our rights with the excuse of C-19).

You know what's even worse? Majority knows for years that media is a scam used mostly for propaganda. Yet in this case, no, everything that's being presented on a silver platter is surely the truth and nothing but the truth. They say it's science, like science is a different planet run by facts and no mistakes which is not chained by the same government and media. So when it comes to the elections, reports, politics and other events, media is total shit and it's just the popular opinion presented. But when it comes to covid, ah, we've got saints there coming out to save the world.

Yeah, science... WHO is sponsored by the governments and organizations like Gates Foundation (who invested billions in vaccines). I'm sure they are pumping all those millions for no particular interest. I mean, it's a fact that politicians and businessmen would sacrifice themselves for the well-being of masses. We're seeing examples of such behavior every day all over the world.

https://www.theguardian.com/media/2021/oct/05/richest-americans-became-richer-during-pandemic

The 400 richest Americans added $4.5tn to their wealth last year, a 40% rise, even as the pandemic shuttered large parts of the US, according to Forbes magazine’s latest tally of the country’s richest people.

The Amazon founder, Jeff Bezos, retained top spot for a fourth consecutive year with a net worth of $201bn, followed by Elon Musk of Tesla and Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook, with net worths of $190.5bn and $134.5bn respectively.

The ranks of the super rich were swollen by 44 newcomers, the highest number since 2007, among them Melinda French Gates, co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, bitcoin billionaires Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss and Noubar Afeyan, co-founder of the Covid-19 vaccine maker Moderna.

Miriam Adelson, wife of the late casino mogul Sheldon Adelson, was the richest newcomer, with $30.4bn. The youngest newcomer was the 29-year-old cryptocurrency billionaire Sam Bankman-Fried, the second-richest new entrant, with an estimated $22.5bn.

To make the list, people now have to have a minimum net worth of $2.9bn, up $800m from a year ago.

The pandemic initially triggered a record-setting wave of layoffs. The job market has recovered significantly but the economic impact of the coronavirus is still shaking large parts of the US economy. States are bracing for an avalanche of evictions after the expiration of federal protections.

Stock markets and property prices have continued to soar, trends that have disproportionately padded the wealth of the richest.

“Despite the uncertainty and the ever-changing market economy, the 2021 Forbes 400 shows that America’s wealthiest have grown far richer,” said Kerry Dolan, assistant managing editor, wealth at Forbes.

It's like Justin Bieber fans. Just because there are plenty they think they are right following the best music.

Yeah all scientists are bribed by all governments in the world to push the Covid-19/lockdown/vaccine agenda and destroy their own economies and become less popular with the electorate :andyandbarcelona:

People don't make sense.
They don't have to bribe all of them. In my country, doctors who dared to oppose the general narrative around C-19 had their licenses taken away and could no longer work. Is it enough of an incentive to go with the flow?

My father works in a hospital and they were paid 200-300% of their regular salaries during C-19. Is it enough of an incentive to go with the flow?

You are wrong if you think it'll end with the vaccines. Elites are going to use it as a precedent and they will take away even more of our rights. Just wait and see.

As Wladyslaw Gomulka, the First Secretary of the Communist Party of Poland once said - "The power once taken, we will never give away".

Same happened here. Plus the ones promoting it got in the leading political party too and they were given highest promotion too.

I'm not saying that's the reason why I don't trust the whole thing, but it's just one thing over another pile up to create a huge mountain of pure bullshit.
