Not sure how this is cherry picked data.
If you want per capita numbers:
Cases: Sweden has 3.3 times the number of per capita cases as Norway, 4.2 times as many as Finland and 1.6 times as many as Denmark.
Deaths: Sweden has 11 times as many per capita deaths as Norway, 9 times as many as Finland and 4.7 times as many as Denmark.
Sweden's recent spike of more than 2000 cases per day is a lot higher than Norway (400), Finland (200), Denmark (1000).
But they had the best economy, right? Wrong.
If you want to look at GDP growth rates:
Sweden's growth is the worst amongst its Nordic neighbors:
-4.7% GDP growth vs -4.5% for Denmark, -4% for Finland and -2.8% for Norway.

If you wanna talk about unemployment numbers:
Sweden: 9% unemployment, compared to 6.1% for Denmark, 8.4% for Finland, and 5.2% for Norway.

Sweden was the outlier for sure- they did way worse on coronavirus than their neighbors and their economy was also worse off.
