so I read that in NYC they're digging mass graves
is the situation that terrible?

How will Trump go on after he tried anything to not do something that would affect USA economy.
Now these are the results cause he thought himself smarter than the rest of the world.
Giving how late USA acted and how badly they did I fear this is just the beginning ....

Went for a run and the park was crowded with people, even more than usual. Mostly these obnoxious bike families with their loud moms but also joggers and surprisingly many old people. It got increasingly bad the furher I got away from my ghetto into the middle class districts so I turned around and on my way back I sneaked into the sniffing distance of this cute pale short-haired girl Her pace was slow but her legs were very sweaty and shiny and I could remain in the sniffing distance for some kilometres and with the help of opposing wind I caught a number of prime whiffs. Towards the end of my course, having saved lots of energy due to the slow pace I overtook her with great speed so she was thinking I was a professional athlete. @DAiDEViL

I did tests per population for all European countries. Testing is important and those who've done less tests per capita are probably showing a very wrong picture of corona cases and they will keep struggling for much longer. Of course, some people are tested twice or more and I guess their tests are included in the total number. But that goes for every country. I excluded the countries with less than 100 000 population.

For example, South Korea is testing 1 out of 107 of its citizens. The USA are testing 1 of 143. Canada 1 out of 100. Australia 1 of 77.
Here is for Europe:

Iceland 1/10
Luxembourg 1/23
Malta 1/32
Norway 1/47
Switzerland 1/48
Estonia 1/50
Germany 1/63
Slovenia 1/65
Italy 1/70
Austria 1/71
Portugal 1/72
Latvia 1/74
Lithuania 1/83
Cyprus 1/84
Denmark 1/90
Ireland 1/92
------------------------------------
Czech Republic 1/100
Spain 1/131
Belgium 1/137
Finland 1/142
Russia 1/145
Netherlands 1/169
Sweden 1/184
Belarus 1/192
----------------------------------
United Kingdom 1/227
Slovakia 1/255
Montenegro 1/269
France 1/290
----------------------------------
Croatia 1/300
Turkey 1/304
Greece 1/310
Macedonia 1/317
Hungary 1/347
Poland 1/351
Romania 1/371
-----------------------------------
Bulgaria 1/437
Bosnia 1/475
Serbia 1/564
----------------------------------
Kosovo 1/704
Moldova 1/790
Albania 1/893
Ukraine 1/2124

As expected, the Northern and the Germanic speaking countries are doing the best. The poorest countries are doing the worst. I expected better numbers from the UK and France.
1/142

Utah, apparently wants to reopen since we’ve only had 1,000 ish cases and 13 deaths. Mostly due to stay at home efforts. Looks like gyms are going to reopen and we’re going to business as usual pretty soon.

Lots of Mormon politicians think this is a nothing burger because they don’t know anyone who has caught it. Lol

Lol

Dogs will now be considered as pets in China. Until yesterday they were classified in the category "livestock". (Minister of Agriculture).(NYTimes)
But Bat Soup would be still consider an entree? Either way their Happy meal would be ruin cuz it was Bat Soup, Barbecue Dog and Icecream croach

Not seriously, I think is a step they have to take. Hopefully not just BS cuz I'm not sure how much is the Dog's portion of that market which I read somewhere is around $25 B per year.

agreed. Many people should resign.
For instance, in our western governments...

You can make a case not just for WHO but for any major organization in the world, Bush and Obama did almost nothing to stop the influence of China and Russia in the entire world and the EU were to busy with their own shit. Russia worked in a military and political way while China did in an economical way. You could look for the investments countries did last two decades in other countries and the numbers of leaders that actually stood in front Putin to actually confront him, a clue, the number is less than 1

In Shenzhen they have outlawed eating anything other than essentially what westerners eat - cow, pig, sheep, goat, duck, chicken etc. Don't think it will be too long before many other regions follow.

Is this guy for real?
It's been clear for about two years now that he thinks he's running a reality TV show still and is most concerned with the ratings.

I don't know what makes a dog any more special than a pig or a chicken. A lot of projection, really. If you can vilify what the Chinese eat, you can ignore your own horrors of industrial chicken, pig and cattle farming and how it is a zoonotic wet dream.

This smells of b.s leaderism though. It's the old colonialist mentality that Trump espouses that an organization's actions are merely a reflection of its service to the ego of its appointed leader. This supposedly makes up for the fact that WHO is neutered of any power to begin with:
