I'm not sure I get why it bothers some people if they link it to the virus. There should be no panic however it's still a threat for a part of the population and it's normal that the media talk about it. It's not the end of the world but it needs to be contained to prevent deaths

It would be gross incompetence to declare any death to be coronavirus related (without definitive proof) in such sensitive times. the impact of any coronavirus diagnosis, especially in a country with few cases, is substantial.

So far they describe corona as a fever, higher temperature, caugh, sneezing, having problems breathing. Are you aware it's just like the regular flu?

In 2002 in Asia when SARS appeared, death rate was 10% over there but symptoms were easily recognized and it hit harder unlike corona that has way too many common things with the regular flu. After a couple of months they managed to controll the disease (SARS) easier, though.

I chat with work colleagues, friends there is no one who is panicked, the contrast is striking when you turn on the TV we are on the verge of apocalypse because an old man is dead (probably of old age).
