That piece of information Turk gave is highly irrelevant to referees being against juve ( although they have given more ghost penalties against us than one can imagine ) . Juve's style of play is much more aggressive than that of Inter and Milan . If you watch their games ( Milan , Inter ) then you'll know what I'm talking about .

It's not that we play dirty or anything . Milan and Inter always have more possesion than us when they play , they don't need to defend as much as us . Juve on the other hand don't always have control of the ball so you would probably see them play very aggressive defense to get the ball back .

It's just a matter of different styles of play .

That's true.
However, we have 6 cards for penalties made that were not penalties at all and we have 5 cards for protesting.
We talked about this in serie A topic after Cagliari-Milan. Milan players couldn't stop protesting, couldn't stop yelling at the ref and they didn't get a single yellow for protesting. Zebina and Ranieri got a red card for protesting .

Ok, maybe Milan players use different words while our players are mentioning refs sister or mother when they protest....but we're really not threated as a big club anymore.
We do play much more dirty and we do defend more than these 2 teams. We make nasty fouls, that's also true. But 1/4 of the cards we got weren't because of some nasty fouls.

The main point here isn't about Milan and Inter having more than double less cards than we do. The main point is that the refs threat them as big clubs (which they are, of course), while we're treated like we're some perennial mid-table team with a budget of 5m euro and without any tradition.

Juventus are Italy's most prestiguous team and I think every referee knows that .
I wouldn't say they are treating us like a small club at all , I think they might be a little more harsh because of what happened n the calciopoli .

If a referee makes a decision against Juve , people will simply accept it and say he was right . If he were to favour Juve in any way , people will say that Juve are cheating and have fixed every single game till 2053 . We're going to have to accept that our image has changed and the 50/50 decisions are not going to go our way anymore .

That's just one of the efffects the calciopoli had on us . Chiellini just needs to keep his cool and our players will just have to act smarter , As i said , the penalties that have been awarded against may be intended against Juventus . It's a possibility , but I don't think Juve having many yellow cards have that much to do with it .

I just don't get it. All these guys trying to justify the refs this year make no sense. Aggressive style? Was Ranieri too forcefull when he got the red? Did Chiellini forget to say thank you when Morfeo stuck his hand in his mouth? I'm not saying every call has been wrong but the difference between us and them are the stupid calls. The wrongful reds and yellows...not to mention penalties

Yes, it is laughable. They should watch Juve matches more carefully and they´ll notice how refs are harsh with us. Or lenient with Milan and Inter, any way you like it.....

Yes . It's a fact that referees treat bigger clubs better . After the calciopoli referees have changed their views towards Juventus .

With players like Nocerino , Chiellini , and Zebina . It's no surprise we have so many yellow cards . Compare our players to Milan and Inter's andyou'll see that our players are more likely to get themselves into trouble . If you want to nag all year about how we have so many yellow cards then be my guest , don't call other objective members on this forum ignorant .

I accept the fact that we might be treated unfairly , but to just bitch about it all the time is not my style . It's more Inter's style . I hate people like that.

those stats are all well and good, but it would be good to know how many fouls each team committed. that way, we could know the fouls per yellow/red card ratio. that would me a more accurate measurement of referee bias.

Strangely quiet on here after a series of wins and no doubt nobody on here noticed that Dp pushed Pellegrino leading to Nedved's goal.

If it was the other way round we would have ppl screaming louder than a female dog biatch on heat.

Referees are not meant to be human anymore, they are have all been instructed by Moratti to fuck us up.

Barcelona have scored 2 goals with the aid of hands in consecutive Cl games this season , did Moratti also say they should not be penalised?

Controversy threads, almost every other thread about Inter.

1 thread says are Inter the new Juventus? , i think it would be more appropiate to ask if Juventus is the old Inter judging by the calibre of the posts around here

I have to disagree. There have been plenty of occasions to book players like Gattuso and Cordoba this season (including against Juventus) and they haven't done it. I also see Roma getting away with a fair bit.

Granted not every call is bad and not every call is against Juve but to act as though we shouldn't complain is like asking Juve fans to wear blinders during games.

The difference between us today and Inter fans in past years is that the complaints today are far more justified. We heard Inter piss and moan about referees when the stats showed that they were not in any position to cry. That can't be said about Juve this year. Some calls are clear as day but too many have left us asking ourselves why.

Sounds like the talk of an Inter fan to me.

I agree with you by the way.

Big teams don't concern with Refs. The only think that cares me is how the team will play better. And as Juve red said before we are becoming like the Inter fans who had 15 years to win a championship and they controverted everything and tried to cry down Juve and all the others who were over them. We don't deserve that.
