what I know is Moggi was illegally tapped, and the tape was used as main evidence which led to our relegation. but Moggi kept claiming that some of the conversation in the tape never happened, and rossi bitch never gave him chance to defend himself in the court. what happened in Italy recently made me believe that the possibility of the record could be modified by someone from telecom is high, and its only a conspiracy against Juve

I already said in other thread that I wont be declaring that Moggi actually cheated.
But it is his mistake to even talk with referees.
Probably Rossi+Moratti had something with this, it cannot be just coincidence this Telecom scandal.

Well I personally value the Moggi era a lot. I wouldn't want to have been without it for anything in the world. What I want the club to do now is just wait to see if we get a points penalty. Gigli & Co are fools if they sue Moggi and Giraudo because they will make the club look very foolish. And they will have acted in a way that in fact goes against the reality of the situation. The reality of the situation is that we are scapegoats in this thing. Seriously, not one referee has been convicted of "match fixing", yet we have been relegated because of it! I mean, what the f*ck? Sure thing, The Triade's time was up and they had to leave, but my no means do I hate them, and by no means should our current joke of a board go against these men.
