I for one don't hate Capello, nor did i ever hated or disliked the guy. I was a big fan of his and i see him as one of the greatest coaches ever since i started watching football.
But i must admit that the guy did awful in CL and couldn't adapt to that competition. He couldn't (or didn't want to) make changes in tactics and formations and he flopped there.
I also think that with the same team Ranieri had he most probably wouldn't have won us a scudetto. But i'm not so sure about this. He was a master for long competitions, that's for sure.
That's somehow true. He won a CL thou, and in style.. But then again, Juventus always failed against English teams, I don't blame him much for the CL, as one of them was the champion at the end (Liverpool) and the other made the final. But the performance was terrible, I don't disagree with that, and specially Werder Bremen match, but everyone saying that we should have won CL with that squad is only ridiculous, Juventus only won the CL once in 3 decades, so that's nothing unusual.

But with all these, the hate is still not understandable. I understand Rab's hate thou :D

Dear Claudio,

Today was our first game without you. It was amazing. And guess what? We won and Del Piero scored twice.

I really hope you watched the game and saw what Ciro did.

Sincerely,

Suns.

One of them removed his stone and came out to explain how the change of coach had nothing to do with today's victory which was the first one in 8 games. However, he did not have one good word to say about Juve's performance.

What did ciro do other than motivate our players? Most teams get motivated after a coach is fired and a new one is hired. Let us not overrated ciro now, what if we lose next game? Will you send a "letter" to ranieri as well?

What Ciro did? He won a game, something Ranieri was trying to do for two months.

Where did Amaurisimo and V1r2k4h5n7o9 hide?
i did not hide, but since it is too difficult for you to remember just two digits in my nickname, i can live with that.

i believe you suffer from something often called "selektive Wahrnehmung" in german.

it's a phenomenon which describes peoples way of isolating only the information that fit their beliefs and proof their thoughts out of the whole set of available information (which might be against their opinion/belief).

the thinks people said ferrara (or any sane coach would change) where

- bringing giovinco in every game because he is the messiah
- using subs earlier
- using subs according to the flow of the match
- motivating the players to attack even after we lead

hey and let's see what i got out of the match thread

- giovinco nowhere to be seen ON the pitch
- subs again "late" (at least in the fans view)
- brought poulsen, when everybody cried for giovinco
- brought mellberg for de ceglie (again a defender for a defender not a substitution you would call "game deciding" )
- we looked dull at the start of the second half and lost the ball often, so siena had more possession for a part of that half

no these things are too hard for you to take, so you invent your own theories based on your FANTASY:

things i read:

-giovinco (who is ready to start every game according to everyone here) was not used, but you invent your own conclusion, that when you bring giovinco you would have to change your whole tactic (still ranieri got bashed for not changing the whole tactic)

-the mellberg for de ceglie sub was spot on but not a great one, BUT when there would have been another situation, than ferrara would have brought another player that would have won the game for us

-we win against siena (15th in the league) while playing the same formation that ranieri used, with the same old nedved (ranieri got bashed for fielding him) and everybody gets crazy ... no one does believe it could have to do with sienas inability to punish our mistakes or the luck we had, when the ref did not give that handball against legro ...

-defensive tactic - i did not see the whole game, so i am not able to say if the "not so high defensive line" was really a tactic that was instructed by ferrara or just another product of your fantasy.

-de ceglie has improved defensively .... ha ha ha again you see what you would like to see. i guess when we play against a stronger opponent his defensive ability will decrease mystically

-then you bring up that invented argument, that ferrara did have a better man management so the players are more motivated. there is NO report about special one-on-one talks between ferrara and any players and the only report available said that he spoke one hour to the whole team. is that the great man management that does wonders ? again, you invent something out of your fantasy without any proof just to verify your opinion (based on prejudice)

you need to take your medicine so you get normal again and stop picking up fights whereever possible, jack

i do already know that you have childish answer you will confront me with . . . so let me see if you learned something in kindergarten
