Hah...

Ranieri, I mean, u can say we don't have the class and quality after a draw to Inter. But to lose to Genoa (who have our youth in the first team), and then to Lazio (when all we were playing for was coppa), and now a hard fought draw with...Reggina, a serie B team by next season.

I know, we were suffering with injuries at the back, but seriously its the last team in the league!!

You shouldn't need much quality or motivation to beat the worst team in the league!

so another year under ranieri and what has the club improved on since last season? Niente, unless we finish 2nd ofcourse but it shows very little improvement, and if this is the pace of our so called 5 year plan, im affraid to say that 5 years is rather optimistic if we're to get to where we want to, whilst milan and inter are adding further quality, and not quantity like ourselves.

FFS not a fan but the reasoning behind some of your hatred shows your complete nincompoopery

lets hold a vote here, who thought we were ever gonna challenge for the scudetto? who here was confident that we would improve on last season? you all need to stop living in the past, it will take a lot of time AND money to overtake Inter

But you can't deny that our chance was so close to challenge Inter, and all we needed was to be strong mentally...
even with our current squad we stood a chance to challenge, only if we had taken our chances...

no chance, our squad was always going to struggle especially when we have no cover anywhere except up top, and THEY are starved of service

i think we would'nt have had a chance even with out cl footie, compare the inter team to juve, u will realize that its not just there manager or players they have a strong bench that can take a lot of injuries, suspensions, and drop in form easily with out it effecting the progress of there march towards the title. at juve the starters are poor so u can imagine how good our bench is??

although i personally think that had ranirie pulled a brave face and throwed in auirado earlier int his season so he can start getting used to the pressure of the games it would've paid off in our darkest hour, the same applies to giovinco who time and time has proven he is what this side lacks. look at the chelsea game for a simple example. i would've loved if he rotated nedved and giovinco regularly so that the second one can get used to playing, his skills and tactics improve, and ranirie can start feeding him his tactical point of view specially when it comes to defending. only then would've this team fared up a bit.

bottom line: this new Juve management know sh!t about football, and they brought a puppy called ranieri to do as they want: not spend much.. I don't know if they have another agenda, but clearly the future or strength of the team is not included.. i know we have a new stadium project going on, so our spending is somwhat limited, that's why juve is looking for free transfers, not that expensive players.. but please state it loud and clear that you cannot build a strong team ATM, cause we simply can't afford one.. in the meanwhile, build a good solid one out of your youngsters in hope to compete in two or three years time.. cause the way i see it now, we are not giving that much of chances to youngsters..

it's a shame to see our players play with no spirit, honor or pride..!!
The free transfers are to act as stop-gaps until a reasonable target is found(Grygera) or subs(Sali, Mellberg) and their performance have mostly been reasonable. We also bought some expensive players(Amauri, Sissoko) who are now integral to the team and expensive flops(Almiron, Tiago, Andrade from first transfer window). We are clearly building up the young players. Marchisio is now a first-team player, and De Ceglie and Ariaudo are involved in sizeable number of matches. We have also bought promising young players like Iago and Ekdal from outside Italy. One case of Giovinco does not erase all these developments.

I definitely do not agree that we play with no spirit. We have come behind from matches not once but twice in many of the recent losses and draws. There may be something lacking like confidence and imposition of fear but the spirit is still there.

I feel sorry for you because you voted for Malesani. Either stick by your real choice (Ranieri) or vote for some real coach :D

No seriously, I was joking. You're a cool guy and I like you. Your sheer optimism sometimes gets on my nerves though :D
i am not gay...i even have kids ;)

no worries man, we are all cool here

Regarding on the pressure on CR, to win the championship.
It is indeed unjustified! We must not expect such miracles, from such limited material and such a loser coach.

But if we should expect some better things to our performance and the improvement of our gameplay on some sectors, then CR is the first to blame!!

We are no longer have the "eyes of the tiger", we had last year, right after we returned from hell. And bet, we should still have the necessary hunger to keep it together and dont collapse like we did now...

We already have one winter crisis due to emotional reasons of losing our scudetto hopes, one winter crisis due to fatique. What is this now???
There are no excuses now, we must be strong, motivated and focused on our goal. This is our duty and our leader/manager should lead by example!!
The "there is always next year" quotes and acceptance of defeat are not justified!

Its one thing of having high expectations and other thing of quitting when we dont meet the unrealistic ones. We ought to aim high, but still perform our duty if we fail that. If Milan wasnt such a disaster from the start of the season and were keeping the pace high, no one could blame CR and our team of not coping with a competitive rythm, but the situation now was under control!

Ranieri hails 'foreign' success
Juventus Coach Claudio Ranieri claims the only reason three Premier League clubs feature in the Champions League Semi-Finals is because of the sheer amount of foreigners in their sides. The former Chelsea boss also added that even the national side has to rely on a foreign boss to succeed. “There may be three English teams in the Champions League semi-finals but there are hardly any English players in them,” he said. “The English clubs' success is based almost entirely on foreign players. England even need an Italian coach to run the national team.”
