A prime conventional deadlifter builds every muscle fiber on his back through strenght. The fibers are much denser, the back isnt as wide, but is strong as fuck.


Having said that,my back isnt exactly small either. Especially since passing 330kg on the stiff bar

Bonucci might have not had the same status as Il Principino, but he was very close, the guy was a living legend until decided to trade it all for Milan's captain armband. he was so close that it was going to be a real contest between him, Marchisio and Chiellini for our armband when Buffon retired, I'd say his transfer was a total disaster and a statement of problems inside the club. For me Bonucci was a 7.5. We already knew how the club works it was just surprising to see him go to Milan.

I wasn't heart-broken at all. I actually wanted him gone after Cardiff. I find it disgusting he pushed for a move to Milan though, says a lot of his character.

In a way Marchisio's status at Juve is more unique than even Del Piero's. The man has been here his entire life.
