Trezeguet is a fan favorite, an excellent player, and one who has played his heart out for Juventus for years.

I never said Trezeguet wasn't any of those things (except maybe a little lazy), I was just talking up Chiellini. My problem with Trez is that every transfer period for the past several years he bitches about this and that and then declares he is leaving. In this past preseason he was offered the armband in a friendly against one of the smaller teams (can't remember who but it was like 2nd or 3rd game) and he declined it on the field. I have no problem with Trezeguet's play in fact I want him to start up front with Amauri but he disappears entirely from matches and doesn't do jack shit for 70 minutes. That behavior would make him a really shitty captain
