Yeah, not sure what that meant

But he's not a Poacher. One of his best strengths at Bilbao was his link up play and creativity. He's more of a target man who is technically skilled. Definitely not some sort of poacher.

He's not really in sync with our team atm but all the flick ons and neat passing that he's trying to do is what he done with success at Bilbao

To some degree he's a poor mans Ibra basically.

This explains it pretty well.

Trezeguet was a poacher, Inzaghi was one, but Llorente is pure target man. Notice how he receives most of the passes; with his back turned towards the goal, then spreads the ball to the wings, brings others into play and runs inside the box to catch a cross. Now poachers run into an open space immediately. How many times is he caught in an offside position, as poachers have tendency to play on the verge of offside. Ball control, off the ball movement, etc...

Can't recognize him, tbh... Until 2012 he was one of the bests out there, now he's average. I mean, it's not bad, if I'd see Padoin playing like him I'd be enthusiastic... But thinking to the old Marchisio, man... He was one of the best under Ferrara and Delneri (not that hard, I know) and reached his peak with Conte, doing fantastic things. But now... When he's in a good day he playes at the minimum standards, and if he's not he's below average. He makes me nostalgic, somehow, looks like he's lost his "spark". I hope to see the "great" Marchisio back in 2014, already in the match against Roma. that's what I wish him for the new year, After all he really gives the best for the club, he's not just a player but also a supporter as he showed so many times and I wish him all the best.
