Are we talking about his uncertainty about if the club intends to keep him on, or about the flattered by Monaco talk?
For the first part, like I said, I think it's very likely his words were dramatised. But if not, maybe he really doesn't know what the club's intentions are. Yet, still he says:
“I will have to talk to Juventus. I want to see if I’m still important for them,” he told journalists in Brazil today.
“If not, then it is only normal for me to look at other teams.
It has been said that my intentions are decisive, but it takes two to tango."
... which to me looks like once the club wants him, he's happy to stay.
AS for the Monaco bit - it may come as no surprise

- I agree with the others that say it means something when a club with an unlimited budget wants a player - they rate him highly, something he's right to be proud of. But still, it's a textbook reply to the questions players get all the time, that isn't very meaningful.
