betting markets still have us slightly more than 2 to 1 to qualify, which i reckon is generous given our injury list...i'd probably place us at 3 to 1

We're going through, I'm pretty sure of that, trust in EuroMax. Remember season 2014/15 against Dortmund? We played a crappy 2:1 win in Turin, everyone was starting to doubt the team and we proceeded to stomp them 3:0 in Germany. And that was the quality version of Dortmund that were finalists in 2012/13 and almost eliminated champions Real Madrid in 2013/14 QF, definitely comparable to this Spurs team

That Dortmund was a pretty weakass team struggling in BL that season

We're facing a totally different scenario here especially with all the injuries

Let me rephrase this for you: We're facing a weak-ass Spurs team struggling in EPL this season. It's a club that hasn't advanced past the 1/4 finals of Champions League. Not once in their entire history. At least that's how your mind will remember this a few years from now if all goes well tonight.

I have no idea how it will go. Spurs is a different beast than many other English clubs . It is most probably has the largest support of " genuine hardcore" fans than anyone else in the South of England. Not insipid , lifeless ,middle class Arsenal . Not glory hunter Chelsea/Chavs built on the success of dirty Russian money who couldn't been seen before they were bankrolled. Man Citys grotesque Arab billions destroying any form of competition from a tin pot tyrannical hell hole of human rights. Little watered down global fan base.
Spurs have no self entitled effete support as we win fuck all . A legacy of family pride , cavalier attitude and all together.
80,000 may rattle you or not but this is no Arse/Chav/City shit .

It's not a question of 'doubting the team'

The amount of injuries we've copped, the no.of 'unfit' / out of form players that will be starting tonight and the fact that we have to go there to win makes it a difficult task. Spurs have been incredible against top teams this year especially at their home ground and their best players are in great form. I just think we have to play a perfect game with no unforced errors like the 1st leg to go through . We'll see how it goes.

2010/11 they lost in the 1/4 finals 0:5 on aggregate against RM. So they didn't advance past it.

Yeah, true. Sorry, I misread your post. What I wanted to say was, that they only once came as far as 1/4 finals, that was in 2010/2011. Never beyond.
