No, I wont comment anything else.
You re completlly right. :down: It`s hard to say that, but...

Actually I would be happier if we had lost because we played terribly. It`s not the same to win because of great game or because of pure luck!

I agree we missed him and missed his contribution, and till he returns I guess lippi should switch to the 4-2-3-1 Tactic like last season. cause it's obvious that Di Vaio and Trez partnership won't work. It should be something like this with Miccoli having a deeper role to benefit from his Creativity.

=============Buffon==============
=Thuram===Legro===Montero===Zambro=
===============================
==========Tacchi===Appiah=========
=Miccoli=======Nedved=======Di Vaio==
=============Trezeguet===========
that's exactly like Italy NT. But there's no place for either Davids or Maresca and even Camo. But i like that formation

Right...

When you think, it was very hard to win, specially without DP.
And they got what they wanted -> That is true!

Davids/Maresca Can take/share roles with Tacchi/Appiah whenever any of them is not available or in bad form. The same goes for Camo and Miccoli.

Some of you guys make me laugh. Look at last year in the CL. We didn't impress until the 2nd leg against Madrid in the Semi Final.

You guys want 5-0 every game!!

Listen, you know that if Juve faces a prestigous team such as Madrid or Munich, MU, or Milan, that we're gonna play them well and it will be a close game.

IMO we're the most well balanced team in the world, and we'll be there come the QF and SF, regardless of not beating some of these teams by 3 goals.

Again, Just because we beat Olympiakos 2-1 doesn't mean that if we play Madrid we're gonna lose 3-1. A win is a win against any team, don't worry.
I don't think that's the point here... I think the main thing is that if we look shaky against teams like Olympiakos (no offense) and can't show our class, we're gonna struggle against 'superior' teams, especially if we're away like today's match. We need to be able to impose ourselves on the game more, and dictate the play, instead of letting the hosts school us :down:

There's some conflicting ratings flying around here: namely Legro, Montero and Davids

Some people say that the first 2 did brilliantly, some say only the second did well, and the differences in ratings for Davids leave me very confused here :confused:

Gray - Legro suffered from the high balls (the goal came from there and he was late) and Montero suffered the rapidity of Castillo and made a couple of mistakes. So they were not brilliant and could have done better. In fact whenever Olympiakos had a corner or where to cross a ball, it was creating panic in the centre and we NEVER won a high ball in our area during the whole match.

Davids on the other hand was the better of the three midfielders and was unfairly cautioned by that cheating Greek. He wasn't making bad fouls or anythin, in fact he did not make that many fouls, even though the ref was whistling for every minimal contact. In the 2nd half he showed some of his old flair when he finally dribbled past players, something which he did not do in recent matches.

Those 3 players were our best players on the field bar none and even the silly commentator on sky digital who sounded way too biased for my liking kept on saying "guess who was there to save Juve again, is that man Leggrotallie" . Sure they made errors during the course of the game, who wouldn't but they were excellent, I mean Leggro and Montero. Davids was the only one who allied spirit with good play of all the midfielders while for me Di Vaio was by far worse than Trezeguet but it seems to be cool to have a go at Trez whenever he does not score

I was very astounded to see Karembeu running rings round our midfield, it was embarassing, I mean kAREMBEU

Christian Karembeu, World Champ 98, at Real Madrid he beat us to the CL that same year but his brightest moment seems to have been sometime around Euro96, ever since a lot of people have questioned his inclusion in the national team and his ability at club level with Real Madrid.

And before that he was with Samdoria for 2 years, before leaving for Real after not getting along with Samp's president.
