Gianluigi BUFFON: has to take the blame (or at least a lot of it) for the first goal. Couldn't do anything about the second. Made a couple routine saves and that was that. 5

Stephan LICHTSTEINER: ran his ass off as usual and his determination is fantastic but his final ball let us down time and time again. Needs to improve his quality in the final third, especially as this formation allowed us to get numbers into the box. 5.5

Leonardo BONUCCI: solid at the back and comfortable on the ball. He wasn't really exposed on the counter as I feared he might be. 6

Giorgio CHIELLINI: lacked assurance at times but I thought he handled Mitroglu well. 6

Kwadwo ASAMOAH: similar to Licht. Great runner and athlete but his crossing was absolutely pathetic. So many times we got our full backs right up the flank and had about 4 players in the box and the deliveries to them were piss poor. One good assist in the first half, that's not enough. 5.5

Andrea PIRLO: thank god we had him to show our full backs how to deliver a cross for the 2-2 goal. Spectacular free kick and an all around brilliant performance. Passed the ball superbly and even won the ball back a few times. MotM. 8

Claudio MARCHISIO: probably the team's most in form player right now and he produced another good showing. Good passing, energy and tactical responsibility in midfield. Should've scored in the first half though. 6.5

Paul POGBA: scored the winner, set up Pirlo's free kick with a fantastic driving run, and was a positive presence throughout. #Pogboom 7.5

Arturo VIDAL: I'm in the minority here but I thought he had a good game and looked much more like this usual self than he has this season. He offered a lot defensively and with his pressing. In fact it was him winning the ball back that allowed us to score the 1st and 3rd goals. Clearly lacking in confidence as seen when Tevez set him up and he didn't shoot, but overall I was happy with his contribution. Hopefully the penalty miss doesn't fuck us. 6

Carlos TEVEZ: poor first half, much better second half. We need more from him. 6

Alvaro MORATA: used his pace to good effect at times in the first half like when he turned his marker on half way and sprinted away from him. Missed a huge chance but honestly he was better than Tevez in the first half. 5.5

Fernando LLORENTE: changed the game. Deserves to be credited with the equaliser. Held up the ball brilliantly, set up Pogba's goal, and was generally a massive threat. Their centre backs just couldn't deal with him. 7

Max ALLEGRI: changed the formation which we all wanted and made good substitutions. I especially liked how we still went forward at 3-2 up instead of sitting back. Can't ask for much more. 7.5

It's strange how many members of Tuz just change their minds from describing Pirlo as a grandpa and the biggest liability for the team, how he is slow, defense liability and now all that members are hailing the maestro.Pure hypocrites .

I didn't change my mind. He still can be a liability if used the wrong way. He's had a good game because 1. Marchisio was always there to cover for him and 2. We didn't really get pressed back.

It's a whole different scenario when we're the team in our own half and/or struggling to defend counterattacks. That's when Pirlo becomes a liability. Yesterday didn't change the fact that Pirlo is a hit or miss kinda player.

One day he is nothing but magical passes and amazing fks while the other he's giving it away and burning a spot for someone who could help the defence.

It's amazing how player like Pirlo can change the course of game and people in here still piss on him. I remember it was the same way with Del Piero back when Trez and Ibra were starters and many here thought he was finished. I guess history does repeats itself.

Uhmm, what's wrong with that? Criticising a player when he plays badly and then praising him when he plays well sounds completely normal to me. Not hypocritical at all.

BIG difference between pissing on someone and stating facts. It's actually amazing how the tuz change their minds when a player has a good match after a string of bad ones. Like suddenly he isn't a problem anymore until he starts under performing again. Then guess what happens? The same people who praise now will piss on him. Rinse and repeat.

Pirlo has my deepest respect for resurrecting us and making us be a somewhat respected club again. He's a legend. But before being a Pirlo supporter, i'm a Juventus supporter. If he becomes part of the reason why we've had so many bad matches, then i'll take it on him. And the Regista role should be buried as soon as he leaves.

100% agree with you!

Even when pirlo came here I didn't exactly want him here, I wanted a Trequartista. However the dude is a living legend, the best at what he does, a unique gem that propelled us to where we are while he is in the twilight of his career.

He has his shortcomings but the pirlo's beard (unworthy of the username) and bambi straight up call him shit and degrade this maestro.

This ffs

Going by that logic, you have to form an opinion about a player when he gets his first ever game and stick to it until he retires, horrible logic.

Pirlo is still a defensive liability, but he's sadly still by far our best creative outlet and has the potential to change games from set pieces. But on games where we aren't stacked in midfield he's a big concern

Absolutely nothing wrong to criticize a player when he gave a bad display. That's okay. But describing him as a genius permanently long period of time (since he arrived for us)and then insulting him after a few bad games after a long injury means that they, either never respect him or that they who piss on him are hypocrites .

I agree 100% with you.
God, i was so furious by how they scored the two goals yesterday, that i couldn't even feel happy when we ended winning the game. :D
We need to fix the man marking ASAP, especially when we are gonna face Atletico.
And how is possible that a team like Olympiacos are more clinical than our players? is it a mental complex?
This will be difficult to fix...we have this issue since forever in this last 3 years

Ogbonna will become greater then Thuram and you will praise by donning his name on your next Juve shirt.

Nah, i think everyone knew DP still had it...but Capello was too busy fapping on Ibra.

Just realized this absolute horrific scenario in that juve and oly both won the next match meaning we must beat atletico with more than 1 goal margin at the last game even with oly losing to malmo at their last game

What?

If Olympiakos beat Atletico (and we beat Malmo) we'd all be tied on 9 points. So any win against Atletico would be enough.
