I don't take football very close to heart, but even for me this was very upsetting.

The fact that Suarez lifts that trophy instead of Buffon...

This is like the aliens winning in Space Jam. This is like Clubber Lang beating Rocky Balboa.

But all in all, money talks. Hopefully we build on this and become the elite, and one day avenge this.

A few players did not realize that the game started already. I can't comprehend how vidal is not marking iniesta tightly 20 metres in front of our goal. He really thought we could win without giving our all and after that he overcompensated by tackling everything that moved.

Despite scoring the goal I think morata could have helped more often defensively. When he did it worked out very well. If he was smart he would have helped double up on barca more often instead of conserving his stamina for our attack. I mean we would not have prolonged spells of attacking against barca anyways, so there was no need to hold back defensively for our forwards.

Realistically speaking, is there anything on this planet worse than Suarez?
Hmmm, Neymar maybe? Probably not, but how coincidental that they play for the same club.

Messi. He looks like he has Down syndrome, what an ugly rat and can;t stand the way he plays.

Most overrated piece of shit in history of football!
Uh, no. Just no.

The club has earned a record amount of CL $$$ this year.

iirc it is an all-time record
Yup. We won the financial Champions League weeks ago... Galliani would be proud.

I agree with the first point but the second with Morata it was clear that was the directive from Allegri, defend only when you have to so you can be dangerous on the break, which he was.

still no title :( 4 finals, this shit sucks
I know my dude. Experiencing 4 heartbreaks but what doesn't kill us only makes us stronger.

This was just another small phase of The Project. We will reach the summit soon and revisit it many times thereafter. I know we will.

Is it over 100m ?

What was the prize for second place ?
I believe it comes out to be ~92m at most.

In reality, winning the CL is not just about having a star-laden squad (although it play a large part) of high talent. It also requires a lot of luck with the draw. We have ascended to the top of the mountain, next time we will be the one to plant our flag at the summit.
