Yeah that's going to be new cycle for Juventus.

OUTers 100%

Buffon (retiring)
Barzagli (retiring)
Lichsteiner (retiring-end of contract)
Asamoah (end of contract)
Kehdira (MLS)
Sturaro (somewhere)
Mandzukic (somewhere)

Maybe OUT
Alex Sandro (still not renewed his contract)
Rugani (he'll ask to leave if he doesn't become a starter)
Dybala (too many rumors and if an out of this world offer come we'll let go as usual)
Sczesny (it looks like Neto situation. A filler waiting for Buffon to go and then look for a bigger Keeper)

Allegri -> going somewhere don't care where

We'll lose AT LEAST 7 players + Manager and could be worse being them 11 players
This is not whishlist thread but I`ll play along...
Buffon isnt 100% retiring but yes he is likely to be retiring so 100% is close enough..
Did Barzagli said something about retiring?
Licht and Asamoah no doubt about them..
Khedira leaving is definitely not 100%... He might go but he might also stay...
Sturarro leaving? Who said that?
Mandzukic - I guess some Chinese clubs might put some bids for him but I dont think he wants to go and I dont think we want him to go...

Polak is supposed to be Buffon`s replacement so not sure about him leaving..
Rugani will probably stay as well
A.Sandro IMO will stay
Dybala will probably leave for Barca or something in a 100M+ or 200M...

I think you kind of mixed players that leave or may leave with your own wishes.. but yeah a makeover will probably be with Licht Asamoah Buffon Barzagli and Dybala out
IMO will be replaced with Verratti Darmian Can

The atmosphere in the stadium was great! That Mandzukic banner :delpiero:

I actually think this 3-4-2-1 is a step to the right direction. Defence looked infinitely better. I think 3 is the way to go until we find balance, the defenders starto to feel each other in the pitch. Pretty sure Max is cooking a 4-3-3 in a a near future, possibly after the new year.

The atmosphere was great indeed! We played like $hit, again! But not as bad as our previous games.
The 3-4-3 is obviously working better, the 3 man defense definitely improved our defensive capabilities. Our offensive plan still needs calibration though...

 if it clicks on offense, it could be our go to formation. Mandzukic needs to play though

So just because many predicted a humiliating loss we should be extremely happy with this negative draw?
Positive bro - energy conserved and still 1 point ahead of Sporting.

I'm not talking about last season only FFS! Bayern and PSG are consistent in their leagues every single season, from the off.

I'm not making legit calls on who's gonna win the CL. Where did I say that? All I know is, judging by what we've shown thus far, we're definitely not gonna be in the conversation. It's just an observation. No one is crying or over-reacting. We're just being critical, and for good $#@!ing reason. The team has been playing like $#@! and we have a right to be frustrated and concerned as fans.

We can't all be as robotic as you.
We've won our league 6 years straight.

When you go on forums like bigsoccer and reddit.soccer, so many non-Juventus fans agree that our football is atrocious on the eye. We are so painful to watch going forward. As someone here said, Conte had worse players than Allegri but we actually looked like we had a plan going forward. Allegri wouldn't know what an attacking gameplan was if it hit him with a bus.

Max doesn't understand why a double pivot of Khedira and Pjanic fails against any good midfield. He doesn't understand why Mandzukic on the wing hurts and slows down our play. I doubt he teaches our players any patterns of movements in the final third. He doesn't understand attacking football, plain and simple. This limitation of Max is holding us back, someone like Guardiola or Klopp would get so much more out of this side.
Good post.

It's probably the most anti-football style of play in all of the UCL. Our first season in UCL under Allegri was much different, where we actually had an attacking gameplan. Since then he's consistently degenerated our style of play because success builds complacency and success builds a fear of being dethroned, hence you can become very conservative and negative in what you do, trying to dearly hold on to what you've achieved in the past.

The Pjanic-Khedira midfield is our biggest flaw atm I would say.

Do you recall that semi against us with Bayern where he didn't allow Barzagli, Bonucci and Chiellini a moment of breathing space, cutting out every single one of their passes basically.
i found his (and Mullers) pressing on Pirlo much more important, considering he was our only source of creativity since we started with Peluso/Licht as wingbacks and both Vucinic and Gio were benched for Matri/Quag.

That's what I'm saying since 2 years.
The first Juve was entertaining to watch.
Defend and fast counter with Pogba,Vidal,Tevez and Morata.
That Juve with Sandro and Dani Alves instead of Evrà and Lichsteiner.... could have won 1 or 2 CL.

Anyone agree that Juventus gameplay is horrible! even Juventus fans. On Vecchiasignora there is a poll something like "Do you like watching Juventus?"
Well 25% said yes. 50% NO 25% Only when big players carry the team.

I totally agree about Klopp and Guardiola as well! look what they are doing with City and Liverpool and think what they could do with our side ;/
Too bad that Italian Serie A is not appealing to those kind of managers.
They would do wonders in CL if they managed us

2 years ? I agree this season has been sloppy.
But second half of last season after our formation change we played really good football and won over a lot of neutrals. There was a reason everyone was installing us as slight favourites to win the CL final. Heck even the first half of that final we played really slick.

Let’s stay calma and see how things progress this season, it’s not like Allegri isn’t trying to tweak things.

My eyes were bleeding reading both yours and Linebreak's post.

The first Juve entertaining to watch? The same Juve that got beaten in Pireus and miraculously beat the same Olympiakos at home 3:2 to qualify? The same that was totally toothless in both games against Atletico and beat FC Midtjylland or Copenhagen by a low margin? The same that almost got beaten by Monaco in semis and needed a dubious penalty to scora a single goal and go through?
That Juventus was everything but a fast countering team. Pogba was over complicating things whenever he could and Morata was often left out in favor of Llorente. You have a memory of a golden fish.

We scored the most goals in our history and folks don't like watching it  Some people just need to complain all the time.

Klopp and Guardiola are the cherries on the top. Let's start with the German. He's been coaching Liverpool for three years now and his results are no better than those of Rodgers. His Liverpool hasn't been top of the table even for a week. LFC has the same amounts of points as Burnley ffs. People here complain Max being the yes man while Klopp sold half of Borussia during his years there  Majority of them going to the direct rival  His BVB was bottem of the table midway the season right after they were in the CL final  Kloppo please come and make Juventus great again!

What exactly is Guardiola doing at City? Has he done anything that Mancini or Pellegrini couldn't do? What did he do with Bayern? Won Bundes? Wow!
