Not much to say about that game.

On another day it would finish 8-0 to Juve.

Always going to be a game or two like that over the course of a season, though it's never much fun when it happens.
It was our mentality that was the problem. Against Nordsjælland you can argue it was acceptable because of inexperience, but Conte should know better by now.

Just look at the second half, where Copenhagen were done, and how Conte did nothing before it was too late.

Edit: The De Ceglie substitution says it all.

I didn't see the sense in the De Ceglie change, but I'm not going to criticise the coach for the team creating eight clear chances when they might have created ten clear chances.

If players keep missing chances liek those, you have to put the blame on the players.

Only thing I really thought was poor by Juve was that they allowed there to be a lull in the game for about 10-15 minutes after the equaliser. Juve should have maintained their intensity and kept Copenhagen under pressure in that period.

I didn't see the need for Conte do do anything much because Juve were always creating plenty of dangerous situations and chances.

What do you think about the very seemingly complacent start juve made to the game, and at the end when we werent scoring the goals, to not use the most clinical player llorente, but giovinco instead ? especially with on the flanks beeing only crossers ? @Red

red, it doesn't matter how many chances you create if you can't finish them. we've had this problem for years now and it still hasn't been fixed.

I know.

The point I was making is that you can hardly blame the coach or the system for not winning if you have missed loads of clear chances.

I'm not going to go through each one.

Watching the game I thought Juve could easily have scored eight with the chances they created.

real madrid bashed galatasay 6-1 against a turkish side with drogba and sneyder. we can't beat a shitty team like kopenhagen
You are surprised ?

Drogba is to old. Sneijder is good but whats the rest of the team ? Galasataray is a team that plays some good to watch agressive offensive football.

But, as i said many times, when meeting an opponent 10x better then you at attacking, its a stupid idea to go head to heard. No, you should dig in and try to neutralise their gameplay. Mark the central attacking mid, cut off ronaldo and bale. Try that.

I really hope they try this again against juventus.

Kopenhagen on the other hand, didnt go gung ho, and was mostly pressing but also defensively solid. When we pressed however, the quality diffrence was clear and if we had any semi decent finisher on the field we'd won that 1-4

In my opinion, it has been fixed, if we'd play Llorente.

Tevez, is solving the problem of the decaying pirlo, wich has been a major issue since the start of 2013. Llorente should solve the clinicality problem imo @Red @ALC
