a fantastic result , only a few teams in the world can take result there. real and galata will have very hard time. All the credits must go to conte for his masterpiece approach to the game and the players who all gave the 100%.

They played a high defensive line. That's why we insisted on those long balls. It even worked once, and Tevez just had to score there. At half time I felt we need Giovinco, because we didn't play well on the flanks and we had to break them either with a long ball, or by good ball movement, which Seba would have provided. But once we equalized and their wide players had no energy left anymore, we got tons of space on the flanks and we sent like gazzilion crosses. Exactly at this moment it made little sense to put Giovinco on.
I also wished Conte to do a Mourinho and add more attackers. Our three defenders were practically spectators. It was all Juve, and another body in their final third could have been useful. I guess Conte was scared of a counter, but the guy who scored the goal was hardly able to walk, so we shouldn't have been worried about a potential counter. All in all, real bad luck with their fantastic goalkeeper and a huge lack of flexibility from Conte.

Never ever again I wanna see Bonucci on the RCB position, Conte should see that he does not do well there..If Ogbonna were to be played, let him take over Chiellini's spot and use Licht on that RCB, use Chiellini as the LWB, or give him a rest, I think he needs it, he has been bad the last two games, really looks off..

4-3-3 would have been perfect, at least if Conte does not trust to use it fully from beginning, change the 3-5-2 at 70th minute, throw in Isla, Gio and Llorente..

I am really disappointed with this match tonight, embarrassing!

i´m not happy with pretty much anything that happened today but am i the only one who doesn´t blame the coach, the formation or de ceglie when players like tevez, vidal, giovinco, chiellini and pogba miss like 8 absolute sitters?
unbelievable we drew this -.-
just to be clear: i´m not happy at all with the subs either but conte wasn´t the one who failed to score.

You guys are being too hard on the team. Yes we sucked the first half especially, but we got back immediately and deserved nothing but the win. Despite Conte's odd substitution decisions and a huge mistake on De Ceglie, we dominated the second half and were extremely unlucky. Their goalkeeper had some huge saves and if it weren't for his heroic evening we would cruise to victory with ease. MOM IMO
Completely agree.

An away draw is not the end of the world. It's not like the opposition (Besides RM) did much better from our group. We're still in good position to go into knockout stages. Anything can happen after that.

De Ceglie was alone at the edge of penalty area, miles of space to make a shot and then he returned the ball to CB at the center of field.I mean he should be incarcerated for that stupidity
That was so bad it made me smash my fist off my couch. I show little emotion when i watch football to that just pissed me off so much.

IMO we were very unlucky, but it was exactly what i expected.. every single time we fuck up our first match... this year it can bite us in the ass, because gala and real are something different than chelsea and shaktar...

I agree. We had like 30 attempts and none of our players were good enough to use them.

Look on another night we would have won this one 4-1 or more giving that being 1-0 down early on. And to be fair on Conte, you can see why he opted for Peluso & Ogbonna to start & subs put on. If we'd done the job no one would batter an eyelid. I'm fuct off with the final result totally. It just backfired.
