Sure, let's have it then.
The Muller's goal was regular by refereeing standards of today's game. Lewandowski was offside but he did nothing except standing there. Even in Italy those aren't irregular, see our game vs Roma last season when Bonucci scored in Turin (3-2). I guess you weren't saying it was irregular back then.
On the second goal Bonucci wasn't going with the pace of the attack and it was an accidental clash between him and Lewandowski. In Serie A he would get a foul but not in Europe, especially with an English referee. It's simply not enough to get away with, we got caught on a counter and that's it. If Bonucci stood on his feet with Lewandowski going down, would you give them a free kick? I wouldn't.
Vidal's handball is more often not a penalty than it is. He was close to Pogba and he had no time to react, his hand is in natural position, those really never get called. You're not convinced? Take a look at this:
inter merda fans were discussing it, it's a fresh one from our last game against Bologna. Marchisio extends his body with his arm the way Vidal did and in both cases it wasn't called. Even in Serie A those are rarely called as you can see.
As for the Magath idea I think it's already been criticized and there's nothing more to add. Just because Italians have their problems it doesn't mean you have to change the rules of the game. After all Spanish, German and English leagues are all successful with those rules so maybe those aren't that bad, are they? The whole World won't just adapt to Italians you know.
As for the money sharing I guess your argument goes down the toilet once you take a look at Spain's money distribution. La Liga is the best league in the World right now and they have implemented exactly the opposite to what you propose. Juve being the four time consecutive champion of Italy with the best squad and management in Italy aren't even close financially to the best from other leagues, yet you want to take away money from them, yeah that will only make them even more competitive in Europe

Sorry to say that but without the money you're not able to be a consistent top dog in Europe and that's what Italians need right now, don't they?
