I do, but even so, we basically have a new team.
So did Atlético Madrid last yr and yet their game against Real could've gone either way.

Our defense is the same. Our midfield has been weakened and our attack has more options than before. Its not all doom and gloom. It's more about the system than it is about the players. We should be passing the groups with this squad.

What was so doom and gloom about my post?

Our attack is worse too. No need to sugar coat it to prove a point. I do expect us to advance too, but it won't be easy, especially since we love to leave it unnecessarily late in the Group Stages.

The most important is winning the first match in Manchester. That gives our players confidence and we 'take' 3 point for our biggest competitor.
Winning both matches against BMG is a must.
Knowing this team we will win in Manchester and then drop points everywhere else.

The group stage is a nightmare for us.

You'll get the money back five times if you bet on Juve against City. Maybe it's just me, but that's a lot. Even when you consider our bad start and City's good first games.

City's good start vs our bad start
Our mercato
Our habit to start slowly in CL group matches
Home match for City

That being said, 5 is too much, I would have had it at 3.85

Then we agree. :D Odds 1.75 for a City victory is ridiculous. Should be at least 2.00.

I say it reflects our chances in the current situations pretty well
