a man.utd missing out on international football would qualify for that in my book
United will go for a more permanent solution and they dont need it to be free since they have more money than anyone else. They will buy younger players and I doubt they'll be as young an inexperienced as martial, Depay, Herrera etc. They should be able to go for established players with 3-5 years of top football left.
A smaller team like watford, Newcastle and the likes can afford his huge salary and would benefit greatly from having him. If Licester do cash in on Vardy for big bucks I would instantly go for Ibra. He can really help them build the brand of the club.

They look like a unit this season. Playing some very fluid football. Definitely more balanced than I have seen in the recent past.
I don't understand why they were saying Ibra never performed against English teams. I remember him scoring a brace against Arsenal with Barca.
PSG are a good team but they had a poor game with way too many mistakes in the middle and at the back. What makes the difference for them is the fact that they have so much individual quality especially upfront and so they can sting you all of a sudden out of nowhere. They need very few chances to score and they can score out of nowhere. Chelsea for instance had much more chances to cause trouble (as in more opportunities given the shambolic possession game of PSG) and only once managed to make something out of it. Having the likes of Ibra, Di Maria, and Lucas allows the team to pounce on an opening and immediate make something dangerous from it.
We don't have that kind of individual quality yet but we work better as a unit. If pogba restores his shooting boots we will have those individual magic moments more frequently.
